Dissapointed, will never buy again. I have ordered a fleece, sadly it was the way too big and I had to return it. They have charged me 3 pounds for postage and 2 pounds for return. So by buying fro...

I am like other reviews on here. Paid for return label to send to return items and am getting no response from this company when no email received with information to return, blatantly ripping me off...

Everything was great - quality clothes, fast transport. However one piece of clothing had an anti-theft device still attached and now I have to figure out how to get rid of it. So a minor inconvenienc...

I love the range of clothes

I love the range of clothes and the fact they do larger sizes We can all look good no matter what size we are The ladies that work in the Peterborough England shop are real women who wear the clothes which i can see what they look like on real people GEORGIA was the young lady that served me very nice

Size mismatch (different size while…

Size mismatch (different size while payment, different in the payment summary, different with info that the order is beeing prepered) Despite I was reaching the helpchat before delivery was sent - I received zero proffesional support - even lack of clarification if we are discussing UK or USA sizing. I am dissapointed. And at the end - I got items not in my size which I needed on specific day:/ Now - I have to use my time for returning without any feeling that I will receive items in my size finally:/

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand that sizing can be inconsistent, and we're sorry to hear that the item didn't fit as expected. All our item/s are dispatched in UK sizes as they are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK
