I have been with your world agency for over seven years and it’s been wonderful with the amazing recruitment agency Ben Higgins. I hear he is now a manager, so well deserved. The agency staff are always polite professional when they speak to you. They listen and always willing to help.

This review is based on my experience working as an agency staff nurse and i was able to overcome this challenges with the support and advice given by my consultant Ben HIGGINS.
Transitioning from working as full time staff in NHS to working as an agency staff nurse was an eye opener as leaving my full time job was borne out of the flexibility that I needed to support my child and I was able to achieve that with the help of my consultant.
Ben is dedicated, compassionate and approachable to all staff.
He gave me the opportunity to decide my working pattern and always made sure that it was factored into negotiating work for me prior to starting in a new team.
I will recommend Ben as a consultant to anybody looking into working as an agency staff at Yourworld.

I've worked with Your World and my…
I've worked with Your World and my special agent Ben for many years now. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. If I have any issues (very few in 10 years) they are sorted promptly. Fabulous to work for!

Ben is a very effective consultant

Worst agency I've ever worked with
Over 4 weeks I've been setup with your world and I've received every exuse under the sun as to why my file hasn't been fully set up yet with any trust. I've already had 3/4 different consultant booking contacts and false promises made that just never happen. Not had 1 shift out of them yet! Worst agency ever!

I worked with YWN for approximately 5…
I worked with YWN for approximately 5 years, IN this time, I had a very good Agent at the beginning, William. I had with him an incredibly good collaboration, a lot of shifts and we were both satisfied. After 3,5 y, William decided to apply for another career, a different domain. One of the directors, I won't name it here, seeing that I worked so many shifts, took me over, as he was acting as my agent. Due to the high level of tasks for him as director, his main occupation, the collaboration between us was far away from being even poor, so finally, I was forced to abandon this agency as was not in my interest this collaboration at all!

I have been with your world for 4 years and have had an amazing experience. My recruitment consultants have always been very proactive and catering to the shifts I need. They are always quick to respond to my needs and have made me feel supported especially as an agency nurse when i have been working in different settings. I plan to stay with this agency for long-term because of my experience. I have even recommended a few of my colleagues to join as they are spectacular.

Your World Nursing is the Best Agency
When I relocated from London to East Midlands, none of the Agencies I was working with could find me a job there. It went on for weeks and I was really frustrated until I met (Ben) my consultant at Your World. He got me compliant and ready to start work in less than a week. The good thing is he was able to get me on a long-term block booking. Ben have a good communication with most of the service managers in the NHS Trust and so if you have any problems or challenges he is able to communicate with them to achieve a better outcome for your working experience. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. Your world is the Best Agency to rely on and Ben is Super 👌

I have worked with your world since 2015. They are efficient, reliable and supportive. I have had work every single week since signing up with them. I even moved a few times and have still had work relocating! Great team, great reps and would never change to anywhere else!

I have never worked with any agency as…
I have never worked with any agency as efficient as your world, my consultant (Ben) was recommended by a friend of mine and I met Ben as described. He's very warm and ever supportive. The most amazing thing about this young man's his hard work and his caring nature, always available and helpful. I've worked for many agencies and Your World is by far the best!
Over the years I've worked for a number of agencies and have to say this one is the best!
The onboarding process is straightforward and no hassle at all as is the annual training and interview.
With many agencies there are constant cancellations, in nearly 2 years I can count on one hand how many shifts have been cancelled and the team are always communicating quickly and can always be contacted.
I definitely recommend Your World to anyone considering joing a nursing agency.
As with all there are sometimes aspects out of their control, such as trusts not putting shifts out/needing agency staff and this has to be considered with any agency, but the team manage this and do all they can to get shifts for their staff. If you are dedicated, reliable and flexible with your hours and wards you will work on, you will get shifts. Five stars for sure!!!
