Work experience
I have been with YW for over 2 years now. Elliot is my consultant and he has been great in answering and supporting my concerns when needed. He pays attention to details and responds effectively. He is supportive since the beginning of my journey with YW.
Tilly is also great in attending to needs when Elliot is unavailable. She is reliable and efficient! Both of them work hard and poses great attitude to supply our needs for work and any concerns!
I have met them personally through a summer event held in Celtic Manor! It was great to meet them and be sociable with all of YW members.

Tom has been nothing but helpful and swift to reply whenever I require him. The agency is great, I get paid on time and shifts are available suitable to my needs. I haven't had a single issue so far.

I recently have a new consultant Kian and he has been great. Always tries to book all my shifts that I ask for, is proactive with them and other shifts he thinks I may want. Payday is always on time too which is a bonus.

Never a problem getting paid on time
Never a problem getting paid on time. A nice friendly bunch of people to work with. Best to be PAYE and let the team organise the tax etc.
I have enjoyed the last 20 months or so, and look forward to working again in the new tax year 😀.

My experience with the company so far.I have been with the company for more than 2 years
I have been with the company for more than 2 years, the consultants are exceptionally good and I commend them so much, they go extra mile to make their candidates happy making sure we get work and they offer maximum support in other areas outside work e.g housing etc and they offer bonuses where applicable. work had been slow in glasgow where I work but it’s been difficult for me to leave the company because my consultants are very supportive

I left the NHS a year ago in my senior…
I left the NHS a year ago in my senior nurse position to fulfil a position with your world to achieve less hours, more pay and flexibility and of course having a range of clinical experiences to enhance my skills and knowledge. Ive had a great experience so far with block bookings, 7 months currently in my block booking giving consistency to services and myself. Millie & Jodie who organise my shifts are lovely girls who are always super friendly and supportive. Thank you YW x
