estafa! he comprado a través de yumping entradas para un parque acuático y desde el parque se ponen en contacto conmigo y me dicen que es una estafa que no tienen nada contratado con yumping. Se han quedado con 112 euros y he tenido que volver a comprar las entradas en la web oficial del parque. Estoy en trámites para conseguir devolución del dinero

Les compré un bono para hacer un salto con una de las empresas autorizadas por ellos, estuve intentando hacer la reserva con esa empresa pero tuvieron problemas y dejaron de trabajar con ellos. Debido a lo anterior, me caducó el bono porque no pude canjearlo por sus problemas con su propia empresa. Puse una reseña negativa y me llamaron, hablé con ellos y todo fueron buenas palabras, se comprometieron a activarme el bono si retiraba la reseña, a lo que accedí. Estuve hablando con ellos durante meses porque me decían que mejor esperábamos a que volviesen a abrir temporada. Estuve intercambiando con ellos más de 40 correos y me dijeron por email el 1 de abril que tenía el bono activo y que tenía que realizar la reserva antes de 90 días. El 22 de mayo les escribí para hacer la reserva (había pasado la mitad del plazo que me dieron), pues bien, no me contestaron, les envié 4 correos y tardaron 1 mes en contestarme, hasta el 21 de junio, donde ahora me dicen que mi bono está caducado y que no van a cumplir con su palabra.

En resumen, me parece una estafa en toda regla, trasladando al cliente un problema que ellos han tenido con su empresa autorizada e incumpliendo lo que le han dicho a un cliente, una vergüenza.

Attention arnaque !!! J'ai effectué un achat pour un saut en parachute d'une valeur de 594 € j'ai reçu une ridicule feuille A4 en guise de bon, aucun mail explicatif comme indiqué. Il s'avère que pour effectuer la réservation sur leur site rien ne fonctionne les codes ne sont pas bons. Au téléphone soit disant pas de sav joignable car en réunion enfin de gros arnaqueurs !!!

J'ai effectué une réservation sur le site de Yumping pour du parapente le 19/05/2024.

Suite au mail de confirmation de l'activité j'ai dû téléphoner au prestataire indiqué : My Playground Parapente pour caler l'horaire de l'activité.
Ce prestataire m'a rappelé pour me dire qu'il ne travaille plus avec Yumping car Yumping ne les paie pas mais continue de les référencer sans leur accord. Il ne prend donc pas la réservation car pas affilié.

My playground m'a informé qu'il n'avait pas accepté ma réservation et que je n'allais pas être débité, cependant je n'ai pas fait l'activité et j'ai été prélevé de 200€. je souhaite donc un remboursement total.

Je ne sais pas comment contacter Yumping, aucun moyen et quand je mets la référence d'achat il m'est indiqué que la référence n'existe pas alors que j'ai bien eu un mail de confirmation avec un numéro de référence..

We cannot stress this enough, PLEASE READ!
Do not book us via a company called ‘Yumping’.
Sadly this company have stolen our information and some photos (even of a boat that’s not us!), and have booked some people in who are now double booked.
This company are awful, we have requested so many times that they take this information down from their site, but they’re just ignoring us. We’ve now left them reviews, to hopefully get their attention.
Our next step will be seeking legal advice.
Fellow businesses - don’t engage with them in case they do the same to you!
Customers - please only ever book direct with us.

It’s a shame I can’t give less than 1 star! Absolutely awful company. Contacted my business about using their platform, I didn’t sign up to anything, yet they’ve stolen images and information and are taking money by making bookings from people who are non the wiser. Impossible to get hold of them to deal with it. The owner Jordan ignoring all emails. Considering legal action.

Carte cadeau payée, mail de confirmation jusqu’au moment de réserver l’activité et de rendre compte que le site est un leur !!! Aucun lien ne fonctionne, il n’est possible de rien faire !!

Scam. Made a booking which is not available. No replies to my emails or the telephone.

These people don’t work together with the companies they sell tickets for.
We did book online a Karting “race package” for 5 people in Ibiza and the Karting company never heard about the company Yumping!!!

Awful - no voucher sent, no way of contacting them - do not use this company. I now need to go back to my credit card company to see if I can claw back the money. I'd go as far as saying this seems like a scam!

Le moniteur n était pas au courant et pas dispo ....on peut réservé n importe quand. le problème c est qu ils ont pas accès au planning du dit moniteur donc aucune coordination .

As with many others I booked an experience which I immediately found out was not available. The guide would not answer his phone and he eventually emailed me to say sorry & he tried to contact Yumping but they don’t answer messages and close the ticket saying resolved. So they took my money and won’t reply to any message asking for it back. I will now have to go via my bank this takes 14 days waiting. Trip advisor should not promote this company 😱

Also the confirmation email said that my ticket expired on the day I booked it which is two days before the confirmed experience date on the same email. = SCAMMED

Yumping have made up a pricing for ourselves Karttrak Cromer Ltd. We Karttrak Cromer have no affiliation with Yumping.co.uk and will not honour any sales or discounts provided by Yumping.co.uk.....
We have had no input into the pricing on this site and it appears customers are being scammed by this website. The discounts offered are ridiculous and nothing to do with this. We have requested to be removed from this site but looking at the other reviews time will tell.

Mise à jour de mon avis initial car contre toute attente j’ai remboursée de mon activité non réalisée. Yumping m’a contactée plus d’un mois après pour m’expliquer qu’ils avaient été débordés pendant l’été et que les entreprises avec lesquelles ils travaillent (pour ce qui me concerne une école de Surf à Santona en Espagne) ne sont pas forcément professionnalisées, ces dernières arrêtant de travailler avec la plateforme sans les en informer.

Mise en garde tout de même : Si je n’avais pas publié ici, je n’aurais pas été contactée.

Avis initial : Arnaque. Plateforme qui empoche votre argent alors que les entreprises citées ne les connaissent même pas.

No communication and completely dishonest, using my company's paddleboarding photos and details to create a fake posts. Do not book through them as they don't exist, we cannot be held responsible for bookings made through Yumping.
How can you report a website for it to be removed? any ideas?

Blatant Scam - AVOID
They illegally list activities provided by various organisations but have no permission to do so.
They will happily take your money and confirm a date but it's fake and you won't get your experience.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS
Instead Search the direct supplier and Book with them.

I placed an order for an 18th birthday present, the money has been taken however after gifting the present I have been contacted to say the adventure cannot proceed as the company they were planning on using cannot commit to the flight.
The money has not been refunded and the birthday present is useless for whom it was given to.
AVOID AT ALL COST

Una estafa auténtica, me cobraron por adelantado y cuando voy a hacer la actividad me dicen que no trabajan con ellos. Les llamé 3 veces y me tomaron el peli....primero en espera hasta colgar,luego volví a llamar y me pasaron después de pedirme otra vez todos los datos con una empresa que no tenía que ver con ellos y por último me dijeron que jumping no tiene teléfono de contacto que Li haga yo atraves de la página para alucinar. Un engaño vaya.
