I spent nearly $600 on 12 bottles, including shipping and customs to the USA. I specifically requested the fragrances to be more oil-based for better longevity, but that request was completely ignored.

Instead, I received fragrances that perform more like body sprays. Most of the fresh scents barely last 2 to 3 hours, which is extremely disappointing considering the brand name they carey and price. I expected much better quality and performance, especially after paying such a premium.

I had an issue with a perfume bottle spray for a new perfume that i had bought few months ago. I reached out to the customer service not much hopeful that they would cater. But i was surprised when Raj from customer care catered to my request so professionally that they fixed the bottle and got it delivered back to me. Yusuf bhai has earned a permanent customer.
