DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I spent a couple of hundred pounds on the SUPER Limited Edition Elvis Graphic Novel set. After EVENTALLY receiving the items after almost a year of waiting I noticed something rather odd about the item. The graphic novel was supposed to be individually numbered, signed by the creative team and include a hand drawn illustration of Elvis by Michael Shelfer. The book simply had a sticker applied to a single page with only 2 signatures, the book is not numbered, as stated, and the illustration is TOTALLY different to ALL official copies that I have seen. The illustration in my copy is tiny in comparison, on a different page and is not signed or numbered as ALL the other copies I have seen. I have E-mailed Z2 comics with photo evidence on 7 separate occasions since March 16th this year and have not received a SINGLE response. I only wish that I had seen their reviews online before I had ever even considered purchasing from them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Ordered King Diamond comic deluxe set it arrived missing the mask, a year later the mask turned up after promises, failed dates coming and going, was expecting a mask that was better than what turned up, a light plastic face mask similar quality that you get in poundland but certainly didn’t cost a pound and not only wasn’t worth the time spent waiting or the extra money i paid for it. Ended up cancelling the judas priest deluxe one due to it. Amazon sells the graphic novels on there better getting from them direct without the extra expensive extras that aren’t worth it

Never ever ever buy from this company.
I only wish I read the reviews before I bought something from this company.
Ordered the Loner graphic novel from Alison Wonderland back in January still haven't received the book. Multiple emails send, still no word on delivery date. Wanted to cancel my order and requested a refund, suddenly they're not responding.
I hope Alison Wonderland cuts all ties with this company. She even promoted her graphic novel on her socials. Looks more like easy money for Z2comics.

Ordered Blondie Super Deluxe Set, which was missing 9 postcards. After promises they would sort it out, nothing. I contacted them on at least 10 times. Absolutely dreadful customer service - Just ignoring customers who have paid 100s of pounds for product.

Ordered the Cypress Hill Deluxe set 28 months ago.
Still waiting for the figures. No updates, no decent information or actions to make up for this farce.

I made the huge mistake of giving them 2 opportunities in different years (2020 and 2022). They stole more than 180 euros from me in total.

Please avoid them at all costs, their business is a complete lie. Products are inexistent, they never arrived (not even after more than a YEAR of follow ups), there are no real updates or relevant information about your order, and of course, the money was NEVER refunded.

IF (and it's a big "if") this buisiness is real, I feel sorry for the people who work there.

Ordered the Gorillaz Art Book over a year ago because of my favorite animators such as Dana Terrace and Craig McKraken working on it. They announced delay due to price inflation for materials and internal restructuring... something which seems to be an indefinite excuse for never having shipped the item in the first place even after hitting up customer support.

The WORST customer service. Products are consistently delayed many months. Then, they promise merchandise they never deliver. Then, they refuse to respond to emails. AVOID Z2 AT ALL COSTS

I would give 0 stars if I could. I urge people to never order from this company. Since having issues with my ordered I’ve found that people end up never getting their orders and sometimes never getting their refunds. I’m still in shock they’re still up and running and have major artists collaborating with them. On April 5, 2021 I ordered two products: Mitski’s cassette (this is where we fall and the graphic novel that came with it) and Mikey Way’s band electric century record. The mitski cassette was a pre order and then had production delays. I did first receive the graphic novel only at first. Didn’t receive the cassette till October 2021. (The casing broke the same day I received it, sooo, cheap materials) The major issue I had was receiving the electric century record. (Keep in mind that this record was not a preorder and was released February 2021) I first emailed them in June 2021 regarding both products, but never received a reply back. Until I emailed them again in July saying I was upset they never got back to me. They finally told me that there was delays and vinyl shortages due to Covid-19 which was understandable at the time. They specifically told me that the mitski cassette would ship July (like I said I didn’t get that till October) regarding the electric century vinyl, they said they expected the records to arrive at the warehouse April 2022 and ship that same month. (This was due to Covid but I was still shocked and miffed that it would take so long) I really wanted this record so I decided I would just wait. Then April comes around and I still don’t have my record. I emailed them June 2022 telling them what they had told me and that I still don’t have anything. Surprisingly, the very next day they sent a chain email to all who ordered the electric century vinyl saying they arrived at the warehouse and all we can do is wait and look out for the package. So I waited for a bit and still no package came. I kind of forgot about it till I email them on Christmas day 2022 saying I was extremely upset I’ve had to wait almost two years. I really gave them a piece of my mind lol. They never responded to this email which really pissed me off again. Then finally April 4, 2023 they emailed me saying that the record was marked as delivered and “something clearly went wrong in transit” and they would send the record again. Four days later, I received my record on April 8th, 2023. So it legitimately took 2 years and 3 days to get my record. What a joke! I truly believe the record was never shipped like they said it was since I never got a conformation. (Besides the first and only delivered confirmation I got when the graphic novel was delivered to my house) I’ve never had such an awful time with a company before and obviously will never purchase from them again. I wish artist would stop collaborating with this company given how many people have issues with them. Overall, Z2Comics has terrible customer service and doesn’t know what good company ethics are. Please save yourself from the trouble of ordering from them!!!

Terrible comms, changed orders, no refunds, avoid like the plague

I received my order missing an important part. Then somehow I had a second order placed and shipped. Started contacting them immediately, and for whatever reason its taking a month OR MORE to get back to me each time via email. My issue has been ongoing since CHRISTMAS, and im still waiting for a full resolution. No one ever answers the phone, and it was a trial just locating the number to call as it is not advertised anywhere on the website. Would never order from them again at this rate.

Pre ordered the halestorm comic on amazon over a year ago, just had an email saying the item has been delayed until August. They seem to sell non existent items and just delay constantly. Seems like a scam company so glad my order was through amazon and will be cancelling.

I ordered the Tori Amos Little Earthquakes Deluxe set and after many delays with my order (approx 9- 10 months) the items arrived damaged. They were quite good in responding to my delivery update requests, over the months, but have chosen to completely ignore my many emails regarding the damage. Paid upfront, waited almost a year for the goods to arrive (damaged) and have received ZERO support since then. Avoid

Ordered the Czarface deluxe edition and didn’t receive a few items. As it was the comic and prints came several months late. I’m top of all of this they never respond to customers and the comics aren’t even good. It’s almost as if they just hired some random people off of Fiver to write and draw the comics. The idea of musicians and non-comic people being able to bring their comic ideas to life is really amazing it’s just a shame that this garbage company is the one “leading” in that field.

Z2 comics is not a trustworthy vendor. I ordered broken social scene’s graphic novel in sept of 2022. It was stated that the item was a pre order but would be complete and ready for shipment in oct 2022. The vinyl was stated to be delivered later but I understood that.
I emailed them in oct asking when they expected to ship the books and it took them 2 weeks to respond.
They informed me the book was delayed and had no date for completion. They also updated their site with the same.
I wanted the super deluxe package enough to hold off on getting a refund at the time.
Fast forward to last month when I decided something seemed off about this whole situation. After emailing them and stating I wanted a refund I was told they sent out a email about it having changed to June 2023. That email was never received and one of the reasons I decided to write this review.
I do not believe there was an email stating the new date and as of today they still haven’t updated the site with the new timeframe. Another red flag.
They did give me a refund within 24 hours of notifying them I wanted one. It was handled through PayPal however which luckily was within the 6 month period necessary to initiate one.

There’s too many reviews stating similar issues to be coincidental with this company. Use caution in working with this group as they are difficult to communicate with in a timely manner and seem to offer items they don’t have to sell when purchased.

Ich habe im Jahr 2021 die Cypress Hill Super Deluxe Edition mit den Action-Figuren gekauft, geliefert wurde 2022 irgendwann mal ein Buch, ein Hut, Poster und Untersetzer. Schön gemacht, keine Frage, aber KEINE Action-Figuren. Auf der Website wurden die Infos dazu immer wieder verändert, die Figuren kommen bald, dann hieß es sie kommen im Frühling und dann stand da, sie kommen später. Und dann kam AUF NACHFRAGE die Info, die Figuren werden im Dezember verschickt. Nach unzähligen Kontaktversuchen (Habe vom ehemaligen CEO drei E-Mail-Adressen bekommen die eher helfen könnten als der Support) kam bis heute, 03.03.2023 NICHTS! NICHTS - KEINE FIGUREN -_- Ich fühle mich betrogen, ich komme aus Deutschland und kann nichts machen. Ich hab schon über paypal eine Geldanforderung gesendet, natürlich keine Reaktion. Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen, nie wieder, Abzocke, Betrug und leere Versprechen, das sind meine Erfahrungen. Ich hoffe ich bekomme die Action-Figuren oder zumindest mein Geld zurück, denke aber das wird nie etwas. Kann jemand helfen wie man aus Deutschland sein Geld zurückbekommen kann und diese Firma wegen Betrug anzeigen kann? Danke. KAUFT NIEMALS DORT EIN - IST WIE GELD VERBRENNEN.

Delivered only part of what was ordered, and that arrived about 4 months later than informed. Doesn't respond to inquiries, complete silence. A sad experience. Won't try again...

this company is the baddest I ever worked with. Simply see all the rections on their facebook page. They are scammers and must be brought to justice!

No response to my emails. I’ve been waiting to get 18months - approaching two years for my items and now that I’m asking for a refund the rare responses I did receive are now going to ZERO ! Order #62677

Absolutely awful customer service. Do not respond to any emails. Order just cancelled instead of a reply. Should have known I’d never get the product when they posted that they lost the merchandise.
