Ordered in 2021 King Diamond's Abigail Super Deluxe Edition which was meant to be delivered same year around November. Delivered partially without cards and mask which were part of the bundle. Still after almost a year of chasing the missing items were not delivered and zero feedback when it will be shipped.
I've never left before negative review as I was always able to coomunicate with the party from which I ordered but how bad this company is in communication with customer is beyond comprehension. Avoid it if you can.

Took much longer than nidicated, but I accept that with issues throughout the world currently there might be genuine reasons for that. However, the packaging was inadequate and I now have £150 of collectors edition book and records with damaged corners. They apologised and asked me to send photos- which I did. Since then, complete silence. They are not interested. Poor company.

Order was delayed at least two times before I requested a refund. Now I am not getting responses about the refund. Stay far away from this scam company. You may eventually get an item or you might not, but their business practices are utter crap. Of interest, to those paying with Paypal and credit cards, if you pre-order an item you only are covered for up to 6 months via paypal (and usually 90 days on a credit card) so if you preorder more than 6 months out from delivery (OR delivery is pushed and you get fed up past that time frame) then you're out of luck.

Edit: refund was processed after roughly 3 weeks when I emailed the owner and every other contact email I could find (and left voice mail on phone numbers)

Don’t order from this company. It’s been almost two years since I placed my order and they took my money. I have received excuse after excuse after excuse. Now I’ve requested a refund and dead silence from them. Very fraudulent.

Ho fatto un ordine sul loro sito oltre un anno e mezza fa. Di tanto in tanto mandavano newsletter scusandosi, prima il covid, la mancanza di materie prime poi…dicono di scrivere loro una email chiedendo la cancellazione dell’ordine, con relativa restituzione del denaro. Iniziando a sentirmi presa in giro, chiedo annullamento e restituzione di quanto già pagato. Spariti.

Worst service! Ordered and paid (£232) for special edition (Cypress Hill) items in October 2021. Nearly 15 months later and I still haven't received the remainder of the order (Action figures). Have emailed 5 times over the last month and still no reply. What a shame and dissapointment, as the rest of the stuff was really nice and well presented! They need to focus on improving their communication.

Haven't gotton my order yet, I ordered this back in april and still haven't gotton my freaking deluxe halestorm book. Can't believe I freaking fell for this crap

Just adding to all the other reviews. Pre-ordered a book (back in July) that was supposed to come out in November 2022. Got a first e-mail saying there would be delays, but it would definitely arrive before Christmas ; then another in December basically saying "yeah, maybe not actually". Then nothing. Read all the negative reviews, tried to send them an e-mail requesting information, only to get an automated message pretending they were so incredibly busy all of a sudden. I knew I only had until the end of January (six months after payment) to get refunded, and at that point I was pretty sure they would just try to drag the whole thing along so I would be outside the refund window. So I just said that if I didn't get a refund immediately, I would deal with Paypal directly. Surprise, they magically weren't busy anymore and actually refunded my order the next day.
So if you find yourself in a similar situation, apparently threatening to contact Paypal over the matter is effective.

Received about a small portion of my $300 order. Emailed multiple times (over 3 weeks ago) and never heard back. Now I’m stuck with a useless, partial Christmas gift that I was going to give to my brother and can’t even get a hold of the company. I was supposed to receive my order around the first week of November. Judging by all the other reviews and complaints across multiple websites, this isn’t just poor customer service, this is fraud and a scam.

Waited for a YEAR to receive an order, finally got a refund that was much less than I paid. Keep away from them!

They didn't make clear that a comic was a pre-order. Then they kept pushing the date back. I ordered a comic in February of 2022. Then I discovered it was going to be released in something like July of 2022. I asked for a refund, and decided to order it when it came out. It is now December of 2022, and they are saying the comic will be released in March of 2023. This is a scam site. It is illegal to charge someone for a product that doesn't exist. I don't know how they have not been prosecuted for fraud, to be honest.

Pire compagnie j'ai acheter dans ma vie il ramasse votre argent et après il finance leur projet avec et tu reçois si tu es chanceux 1 an et demi plus tard ta commande et il manque toujours de quoi et pu réponse .À fuir je comprend même pas les groupes fond affaire avec eux .Sa fait 1 an et demi jattend après mon masque de King Diamond et sa pris plus un an à avoir ma statut abigail .commander en avril 2021 et je les pas encore.

Absolute horrible company. Bought 2 books back in May that never got delivered or any updates. Emailed them 5 times...5 times and not a single response. Had to have my bank create chargebacks because they wouldn't refund my orders even though their terms specifically state they would return all orders that haven't shipped. This company is atrocious for customer service, don't bother with them.

Like many reviews here, I also experienced delays. But at least they clearly communicated it and promptly refunded when asked. Feels weird to give a somewhat positive review for a product I didn’t receive but customer service was otherwise good. Whether delays are due to poor management or actual supply chain issue, I’m not sure.

I am a massive King Diamond fan, & ordered this in May 2021 frim Z2 Comics, it's now November 2022 & I still don't have it.
I've emailed about 20 times in their z2 support email to which I get a reply saying they will look into it, then nothing, I leave it a month or so then reply again with 'what is going on?' Nothing,
So I start the process again, 20 times over.
Z2 Comics support centre is useless.
I paid around $200 to 300 for the deluxe edition that I still do not have.
So disappointed in Z2 comics.
I can't comment on the graphic novel as I've never seen it

Terrible service - they take your money then just keep pushing release dates back and back. Never reply to emails - just don't bother ordering off them

If I can give zero stars I could. I bought the gorillaz art book 1 year ago and still haven’t got it. Took a month to reply to anything you ask, and all you have is “we will contact NZ distributor” lol I have never ever had to leave such negative review for anything, but Z2 comics is just absolutely the worst.

same as everyone else been delayed and have had no contact beyond the initial apology. not worth the time or money.

Got the OT super deluxe bundle ($200, $100 of that being the limited statue) the first package came in around 2 months late, which was understandable with shipping delays and covid. However, it's now been a year and a month since ANY form of update on the statues, that being that they'll "be shipped later" The company ignores most questions about delays or when their products will be finished, or will say that it'll be ready "soon" which from what I've seen can mean within a week, or years with no updates or anything.

DO NOT BUY
THIS COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STRIAGHT OUT LIES TO ITS CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY REPLY.

PRODUCT TOOK OVER A YEAR
PASSED THE EXPECTED DATE.
AND NO COMMUNICATION ON THE DELAYS
