Received the blue dott pillow quickly and i have to say it really works. It feels as if my neck is bring gently stretched and it offers space for my shoulders. When sleeping on my side I do not get pins and needles down my arm any longer. My head and shoulders feel supported. Takes a bit to get used to but I am very pleased with this pillow.

The ZAMAT NekGenic Pro is perfect for decompressing my spine after long workdays at the computer. Just 10 minutes relieves pressure on my vertebrae and relaxes my tense neck muscles. I have much better mobility thanks to regular use.

I have had neck & shoulder pain for some time. After a few nights using it, I can report that the pillow supports my neck and head quite well, kind of cradling them on the pillow. Turning on my side is bad for my neck, so the fact that it takes a conscious effort to do so (as opposed to in my sleep) is a plus. It did take a bit of time the first couple of nights to get used to it, but then I slept well.

It's comfortable to use and does provide some relief from a tired achy neck. It's easy to store, I keep it in the cubby in the arm of my couch so it's right here when I want to use it while zoning in front of the television.
