HIC really cares about everyone and their success. The program is really gold and all the modals and Q&A are so helpful. I’m on my way to $10k months!

After leaving corporate America I had an idea about building a coaching business. I’d tried multiple times with false starts.
Then I found HIC and went from $40,000 year 1 to $100,000 in Year 2 Q1.
I’ve worked with other coaches and paid for other programs. HIC is by far the best.

I’ve invested into several programs. This is one I still look back on as the one where I not only learned how to create a profitable, sustainable high ticket coaching business… But the team and modules taught me who I needed to become to run it. It’s way beyond just transforming your business. The structure, support, and accountability to get you there is incredible. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful. Shannon Goostree was supposed to represent Zander's organization and speak with me for 45 minutes. What I got was not a high-powered anything. She did not listen well. She kept asking the same questions I had already answered. She was very pessimistic and condescending. Complete turnoff and just because a man makes millions (Zander), that does not mean all the people on his team will. She wasted my time and I see what is happening here. This is a ponzi or pyramid type scheme with a new twist. He is not rich because of what he did. He is rich because people believe he can make them rich. So they overpay and roll the dice. Yet when they don't hit it big, the company blames it on the customers/clients, not on the fact that they sold you a dream and took your money with a bunch of "services" so they would not go to jail for being a ponzi scheme with a twist.

I shopped around for a while for a coach. I knew I needed one; accountability is key to my success with anything. The support that I get from the team is overwhelming, and at times, it's me who can't keep up. I would recommend this program over and over again. But it is important to know that if you're not serious about success, this program isn't for you.

I’m surprised that HIC would receive anything other than 5 stars.
If you have considered investing in yourself, choose HIC. If you have NEVER considered investing in yourself, choose HIC.

One caution- if you follow their program, you will find a level of confidence, success and trust in yourself you never knew existed.

My hope is they become a partner for continued growth personally and professionally long term.

I have had multiple 5 figure coaches prior to joining HIC. They were good, but they weren’t what I needed to get my business to the next level. This organization has top tier coaches and resources that anyone looking to start or grow their business would greatly benefit from.

I have felt fully supported, with expert-level guidance in ALL areas of tactics, mindset, strategies, and everything in between.

I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is ready to DO THE WORK and invest in themselves, should go with HIC for the most world-class coaching and business mentorship available.

When I joined HIC in Oct 2025, my coaching business was struggling and I was feeling lost and frustrated. It I knew I needed help - and looked at several options. I could not have anticipated what I'd receive from HIC.

They have FAR exceeded my expectations. Even in the call to sign up with them, they could not possibly express all the value of their program. They are the real-deal, bringing together all the necessary tools, skills and mindset shifts needed to build and grow a thriving business.

In the short 3-months that I've worked with them, I've 3.5x my business, have gained confidence I could not have imagined (I didn't even realize I was operating from fear rather than from confidence!), clarity on my direction and how to get there, refined my workflow and now know every morning exactly what I need to do, what's the greatest priority and how to structure my days. I now understand how to generate leads.

And the best part? My coaching has improved. How I show up for my clients has improved, and they are receiving such better results, too.

I cannot understate the value of HIC - it truly is the best investment any coach could make.

This program has completely transformed my mindset and my confidence around selling and marketing my online coaching program. I no longer feel stuck, or need to waste time second guessing myself because I know I have the tools and support to push forward. Unfortunately, this program did not justify its $9,000 price tag. The team’s priorities felt misaligned, with a stronger emphasis on driving revenue and upsells than on client care or tangible outcomes.

The coaches are very helpful and the culture of the company is apparent from Zander to everyone else I have come in contact with. This company is run with integrity and is congruent from the top to the bottom, highly recommend!

I’ve been with High Impact Coaching for about 11 weeks now, and honestly… it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself and my business.

When I started, I starting out and trying to figure out how to grow my coaching business, reach more people, and do it in a way that actually felt aligned with who I am.

In these last 11 weeks, I’ve gained so much clarity, confidence, and direction. Zander and the team really care. They don’t just teach strategy, they live what they teach. You can feel that their heart is in helping coaches make a real difference in the world. They believe that when coaches grow, the ripple effect changes lives—and that’s exactly what they’re doing.

You get live teachings. You have a coach to keep you accountable. Zander also does live calls. This is not just another do it yourself program. Its real teaching in real time.

The community is amazing too—full of people who are passionate, purpose-driven, and genuinely cheering each other on. I’ve never felt so supported or inspired.

I’m not the same person who started this journey 11 weeks ago. I have systems, structure, and a stronger belief in what I’m here to do. If you’ve been on the fence about investing in yourself or finding a program that truly helps you grow and make an impact—this is it. I invested in myself and do not regret it one min!

I am extremely thankful for Zander fryer and the coaches who helped me improve my life the past few years. I struggle with adhd and time management. Business is a new arena for me as a nurse.
The support and tools are extremely helpful, the cost starting out is extremely high, the time required is manageable for some, but to meet the learning curves required as a starting coach with other responsibilities the time needed to truly succeed is a challenge for anyone. There is a high risk of failure and burnout. I think that balance and individual needs have to be taken seriously to get successful results in all clients. For me personally to master my skills in marketing, sales, and daily tasks I need to spend more committed time daily on my own growth and choose the support I need weekly more realistically. The calls can be very long and sometimes take away my energy and focus on what I really want to get accomplished that day. The accountability and game plan as well as support gained from the calls and coaches is needed for ongoing growth and transformation. Sometimes the financial aspect and demands on myself and putting that on Potental clients can seem as though financial gain is the only motive behind the support I’m getting or giving and that causes me to be skeptical of the tactics used to grow a business. I truly like transparency and want to know how things work. This program is transparent in some ways but I like more depth especially around psychology and client results. This builds trust and confidence in my personal growth and what I’m applying to my coaching practice. This also delineates manipulation from strategies used to safely create positive valuable life long results in clients. This also would improve your team performance, long term results income and leading reputation. I think they could be extremely successful if not the best if these things were considered more deeply on a professional and honest level. Quality not quantity is vital and attainable. Hic will grow to the highest level if they maintain good character and integrity now and in the future.

From the minute I joined launch I felt supported. HIC truly helps you build a business from the ground up in 8 weeks.

Prior to joining, I had no formal coaching experience and certainly no marketing or clients. It took me the whole 8 weeks but I signed my first high ticket client and immediately joined Accelerator in July - I have signed 7 high ticket clients so far.

My point coach Baheer is amazing and always pushes me to overcome limiting beliefs and helps me with strategy.

I recommend HIC to anyone who is serious about building a coaching business fast.
