I already had a “successful” coaching business before joining HIC. We were helping people and making money, and I had a couple of employees- it looked like the dream from the outside. But I was working ALL THE TIME and slowly losing my passion. I was tired, burned out, and honestly, I almost wanted to quit. When I started with High Impact Coaching, I was a brand new coach. I had just finished the required coaching hours for my certification. I went through a 20 day business launch with my certification program but it went so fast, I didn’t comprehend anything or have the time to implement the process and I knew I needed guidance if I was going to be successful.

Zander and the team taught me strategies to overcome my imposter syndrome, helped me develop clarity around my niche, helped me develop a life-changing 8 week program for my clients, provided the structure and scripting I needed to attract leads, and not only provided a stellar sales script, but they helped me master the art of sales-which I needed so badly because I had a limiting belief that sales meant pressuring people or tricking people. They also helped me with developing a presence on social media as an expert in my field-modern dating & cultivating healthy meaningful relationships. And all of that was just the initial foundation I needed to get my business up and running. But, they taught me so many more skills that have not only helped me in my business, but in every area of my life like finances, health/fitness, spiritual growth, self-care, time-management, data tracking, accountability, generosity, and most importantly mindset mastery!

After going through the program, I was able to successfully attract qualified leads consistently and navigate any uncertainty in my business with confidence.

The best part about the experience was having the support and accountability to keep me on track to obtaining my goals. When I faced a challenge, there was someone there to help me. When I struggled over and over with the same challenge, they were patient and continued to support me with the right tools and encouragement. When I achieved my goals, they celebrated me.

And, the unexpected bonus was meeting other coaches who have shared their knowledge and wisdom and who have grown right alongside me.

I was initially worried that I would have buyer’s remorse for investing in this program, but in the first 6 months I recouped my initial investment and I officially left my 9-5 job. Oh…and although some coaches have benefitted from paying for ads, I haven’t spent one penny on ads.

Thanks to HIC, I am now pursuing bigger goals that I never thought were possible before.

Because of working with HIC and Zander, my wife and I have been able to run our online coaching business while traveling the country nomadically. When I decided to start a second coaching business, it was so fast and easy to go from zero to $20k a month immediately, because I had the skills and tools I got from HIC previously.

After only about 6 weeks in the program, I enrolled my first high ticket client (charging twice as much as I ever had before). And just two months after that I had my first three back to back $5k months.

I was able to land high-quality clients consistently because I had finally learned the tools, skills, and mindset that I so desperately needed for consistency and growth. Unlike my previous experiences with other coaching programs, HIC actually taught me what I had been missing—things I couldn’t quite put together on my own before. Now I know exactly what to do and how to do it.

The best part about the experience was the amount of support and encouragement from the HIC team. They were there every step of the way, answering my questions, helping me work through my self-doubt, and of course celebrating my wins! Being surrounded by a community of other coaches on the same journey made all the difference—it kept me motivated and inspired to push forward even when things felt tough.

I can’t recommend HIC enough to any coach who wants to build a sustainable, profitable business!

One of the things that struck me the most about HIC was the breadth of the support they provided while helping me shape my business...

What I found really concerning when I was trying to find help with my business was that there are a lot of online gurus out there now on social media, some with a lot of influence and "fame", but they don't seem to have the empathy, experience, and strategy to back it up. Some were informative, but removed, and some were just intensely overhyped and unqualified personalities, at best.

But Zander and his team went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me with everything from business strategy, to accountability, the parts you can imagine, all the way down to mental health support and encouragement that you didn't know an organization could provide. And my business reflected this support and growth ten fold.

Business and income aside, HIC will make you an even more amazing coach too... seriously, I have an actual 4 year degree in Healthy Lifestyle Behavioral Coaching, and Zander and HIC made my professors seem like amateurs in the subject.

This team is no joke. I've never met a more intentional, focused, and powerful set of coaches than you'll find here.
