I’ve worked with the HIC team for almost 3 years, and I can’t speak highly enough about Zander, the entire HIC team, and the community they’ve built.

When I first joined, I thought I was simply hiring a coach to help me launch my business. What I quickly realized is that I was stepping into a transformational experience that would change my entire life.

I’ve been part of other masterminds, but none compare to the level of support, care, and guidance I’ve received here. I have been working with High Impact Coaching for a few months now in their Launch Program and I am gaining traction building my business. I have overcome a lot of fears and doubts that I have had leading up to this venture. I have built a solid foundation for my coaching business.

Zander and his team is amazing. I landed a 500 million dollar deal and I felt so out of my element and the “now what do I do?” Sank in and a lot of imposter syndrome, My point coach Rehan and Zander help me through the entire process. I still remember they took a 2 hour call with me and just broke everything down step by step and made me feel so empowered. And honestly a lot of my anxiety went away because they co created a blueprint that will work for me.

That bond will never go away, I have been in other communities but this one makes you feel like home. His in person conference IAL is up lifting and you meet other people who are truly like minded. As people come and go into the community the team is what makes the difference. They treat you like human beings not a number or a stranger.
