I had an incredible experience with Zapmed! The service is truly effortless, making what could feel awkward around medical weight loss, completely comfortable and normal. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Everything is quick, convenient, and smooth. Plus having a health coach available via WhatsApp makes the whole thing so supportive. I can’t recommend Zapmed enough for their outstanding Service and platform.

An absolute lifesaver! The entire process from the quick online questionnaire to the virtual GP consult and delivery was fast, discreet, and incredibly convenient. Their team has quick response times to any questions or queries, making the experience even better. It is highly cost effective and saved me a lot of money compared to traditional doctor visits. My medication arrived right to my door exactly as promised. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save time, money, and skip the waiting rooms!

I live in a village we don’t have a clinic and have to travel really far to reach a pharmacy or any type of medical facility. Zap Med has made it possible for me to receive my medication at home monthly. They also make it possible for me to have a consultation with a doctor without having to literally go the distance. I have had one instance where my order was delayed but after reaching out online it was immediately mediated and my medication was delivered the next day. I have had a very good experience with their customer service they are patient and professional. Thank you for making the process so easy.

Amazing service, and their after customer service is fantastic. Could not get the medicine from 4 pharmacies and they went the extra mile to call and find out which pharmacy had it available.

Im very disappointed.
It not the first time I used your serviced but it is the laast time.
I booked and payed for a consultation. Then noting happend no call no noting .
There is no way I can followup or contack any one .
There no option on the portal .

This is starting to feel like a scam

Amazing service!! Very friendly assistance and SUPER fast delivery! I had completely run out of my meds, and they went out of their way to get it to me before my next dosage! Plus it was my first time using them, but will now be a regular client. Keeping me in the loop the entire time! You will definitely be seeing me more often! Pricing is excellent as well. Every time I request an appointment the point up to payment is perfect. When I must make the actual appointment is where the problem lies. My last request I paid but did not have a consultation with a doctor. One of the Contro Agents made an appointment with a doctor of there choosing on a date and time that they choose. When this doctor called me I advised her that no one confirmed this arrangement with me and I only book with one particular doctor. Bad service.

Initially i had payment issues but i realised that my VPN was causing the issue.
once resolved, i was able to book my appointment, the appointment occurred at the date and time. i found the doctor to be friendly and professional and the treatment she prescribed was effective. it's a great service for busy people
