Absolutely amazing. I ordered a coat last night at around 6 in the evening. Not expecting to actually receive my item at 1 the next day, on a saturday. Yes I paid next day delivery which if cheap for how fast i got it, I was assuming it would be Monday. Absolutely made up and the quality of my daughters coat is second to none. Thank you for a wonderful item/exceptionally fast delivery. Wonderful experience. I will keep coming back

This is a review for Zavetti online. I read the reviews initially but decided to proceed anyway. Glad I did!
As a 1st time customer my order was sent to me as a free welcome gift. A grey Zavetti Canada coat. Perfect !🥰

Not about Zavetti but the footasylum warehouse. There are thieves working in this warehouse. Make sure your returns items are all listed on the return form otherwise they’ll steal the items not listed and keep them for themselves.

Don't buy from this shop. I ordered 2 x coats. They arrived promptly but wrong fit. I would like to return but no order confirmation email or returns label even though their website states free returns. Tried to call the helpline but not in use. Emailed customer services 4th Oct. 3 days later no response. Tried to log back into account but the website says it doesn't recognise me even though there is evidence through PayPal that I used the same email. I will need to raise a dispute through PayPal if I can't get through to someone soon.

Do not buy from zavetti. I bought a coat which doesn’t fit and although it says it’s a free returns process you won’t get a qr or any other return code to use with evri so will not be able to return it. I’m now stuck with a coat. I’ve raised a dispute with with PayPal. It’s a scam. Customer helpline is not answered nor is there any response from emails or the online help. Modern day scam. If you buy beware there is effectively no returns process whatsoever.

Bought a jacket from Zavetti.com, the tracking number on the website was not showing up and I thought I got scammed but next day it arrived took 7 days all perfect condition. If you order next day delivery outside of UK it wouldn’t come the next day would take up to 3-7 working days

My order didn’t arrive. My emails have also been ignored. Finally got through on the chat and they haven’t tried to find it at all. So far promised a refund but I’m not convinced I will get it that easily.

I am shocked to understand how on earth these luxury mens brands are selling such low quality item. My purchase for my husband’s birthday I bought fee Zavetti’s clothing and.. only couple of times wearing it start to tear apart.. i have sent a written complaint to both Footasylum and zavetti canada to explain me the details, to all brands please 🙏🏼 if you’re charging chunk of money make the clothing last for few years at least!…

Trafford centre shop, went in for a refund and in an error they refunding them wrong item, I checked 30 mins later and went back in , the young lady said don’t worry we will sort this , her manager then came over and the correct amount was refunded, really impressed with the girl and the manager who was reassuring , thanks and great service 👍

Ordered coat, paid for next day delivery....no coat!! Status on Yodel showed delivered.......contacted Yodel 6/7 times to be told its out for delivery, its delayed, blah blah blah. Finally got told to contact Zavetti - did do and within 24 hours new coat on its way....hopefully Yodel will bother to deliver this time! spoke with Alan and he was amazing!

ive seen loads of bad comments about zavetti so i thought id just pop on. As i understand where people are coming from but, most of the reviews seem like they didn't reach out for help...

1- my order was delayed after buying i next day. so i contacted Footaslyums Whatsapp. (i was at work and could do livechat so that was easier don't judge)

i spoke to a hilarious girl called lucy who informed me that it was national nap day, so refreshing for a customer service to not be so poshy. she refunded the delivery and informed me of the next steps.

2- my order came and was slightly damaged, so i jumped on livechat. (John i believe) but they fixed it right away. and organized a collection for me

3- once collected, a new one was sent for me.

and now i have the item and I'm so happy with the service I've recieved. if you have a problem,

Had a problem with my order confirmation and I used the live chat facility. Lucy A was fantastic and sorted my problem immediately. So helpful and re sent it to a new address for me.

Ive bought so many tshirts, jeans, jackets, joggers and shorts from there. The quality is amazing literally. No hassle free returns. Prompt delivery and nice designs too.

Ordered a jacket, got no correspondence from them at all. They took the money out. Never received the item. They won’t help me and this has been ongoing for months. Awful customer service.
I had to order elsewhere as this was a Christmas present therefore costing me more than double the price!
Rip off!

Received a second hand item!!!! Rips in the pocket a tag from a dogs toy in the pocket and make up all over the collar!!!! I’ve never received anything like it. I’ve emailed to try and get this resolved. There is obviously no quality control as there is another review about a second hand item! I’m absolutely disgusted.

Coat never received, been chasing up for 2 months due to very bad customer service, however today the issue has finally been resolved due to a lovely member of staff that sorted my issue straight away. Shame about the company

Brought a coat from Zavetti, arrived very quickly, however was ripped. This happens I get it! Used the chat function on website John M dealt with this perfectly couldn't praise him enough. 5 stars!!
