The service is completely Abysmal. I ordered a coat on the first of January with next day delivery and it still has not arrived yet. I have emailed and called multiple times with no with no response. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have been robbed.

Brought a zavetti Canada coat off footasylum for Christmas and it’s an amazing coat! Was in a car crash 12/01/22 and the coat protected me from the majority of the damage and the glass! Very sturdy coat!!

Was very hesitant to order after checking reviews, but decided to do a test purchase.
Ordered around 12 am for next day delivery and received by 3pm next day.
Ordered mens gilet.
Am very happy with service and item ordered.
Good quality and like the style.
Would order again from them...

This is not a problem with Footasylum I have returned a jacket to Zavetti on the 20th Dec which tracking shows they received it on the 22nd. still waiting for my refund, they don't answer the phone and both online chats I have had they have told me its been processed. when you email them surprise no answer. Giving 1 star is generous they don't deserve it. Won't be buying from Zavetti again.

This review is not against footasylum but zavetti's website! ordered a gilet 31st Dec it's still processing! I've sent 2 emails asking where my order is only to be ignored! sounds like a fake website I wish I would of checked trustpilot before ordering!

I bought a jacket for Xmas present from Zavetti in November. The jacket got delivered fine, but it was too small. when I emailed the team about returning they responded straight away so I returned it from Asda and the tracking confirmed the jacket had been returned 3rd December to Zavetti. I never got a response to my request to exchange or a refund and have emailed and tried calling Zavetti loads of times but get no reply. When i finally managed to get the live chat to work, I was told I would get a response within 2 days, I have chased again today on chat and the agent cut the chat off. the telephone is never answered either. I am very upset, this is not a cheap Jacket and £100 is a lot of money and a present for my daughter. Can someone please come back to me. Very upset and will not be recommending this organisation again. I dont understand how this can take so long and how customers can be treated so badly. I thought this was a reputable organisation.

So far not too impressed, quick delivery but the code issued for my blue light card did not work so they said to pay in full and the company rep said he would pass it on for the discount to be refunded. 2 further emails with the chat transcript attached and still no refund, it's getting on for 2 months now and I've only just been answered on their Facebook messenger asking for further details. If this is not resolved soon, I shall raise a dispute with my card company

Please do not order anything from this company they are a complete joke.They take your money then nothing,won’t answer the phone,chat line or emails.Luckily I paid by pay pal so if they don’t respond to them I should get a complete refund🤞🏻

Unfortunately they take money but never send the goods. Avoid at all costs. Check their FB page before ordering, it's very clear. I personally tried contacted them in 3 ways, support is not existent. Reported them as scam to my bank.

UPD: Customer support replied after the holidays with some weird texts. Obviously there were not surprised and didn't even bother to offer to find the order, but they immediately offered a refund. I received it a few days later. So I should admit that it's not a complete scam as the money was returned (maybe because I filed a complaint with the bank but they don't seem to be that caring so maybe not).
But unfortunately I turned my Christmas prepsents in a total mess. Also I happened to find the real shop and Zavetti products do exist there.. but there wasn't an item I ordered.

The zavetti website is an absolute joke. Was told it would be here in time for Christmas and it’s now the 24th and it still says ‘ready to process’ so now we’ve had to buy another present which had put us £100 down. I tried the online chat, emailing and calling to no avail - their customer service is an absolute joke. I thought ordering straight from the source of a well known designer would have been straight forward, especially considering their goods aren’t exactly cheap. Beyond not pleased with no idea what to do about it.

Ordered 8th December. Now its 21st December 2021 and still no coat. Angry is not the word. Hermes said package not found. Er well it should be i paid for it. I have emailed for days. No word. So please if you read this get back to me

Ordered a Jacket and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later no Jacket, called customer services no answer, emailed twice, no answer and Live chat....guess what, no answer!!

I am now £100 out of pocket and will have a disappointed child with no present! Thanks

Buyer beware.
Twice they claimed to have sent the jacket I ordered. Both times the tracking information was of no use. Mind you second time with Hermes a 1 star ⭐️ company. Third time yep we will send another. 3 days latter (Christmas week!) I chased the jacket as again no tracking information. Oh no they didn’t have the jacket in stock. (Even though the operator confirmed they had plenty!). Then they made me jump through hoops to get a refund that’s going to take up to 10 days to get back to me. The online chat system takes 20 mins plus to get through on and then they fob you off with a lie. What a shame as the clothing looks really good but the operation is poor to say the least. I feel lied to and some honesty would have given me time to purchase a jacket elsewhere in time for Christmas. Good luck if you use them.

Absolutely amazing service ordered a coat it came 2 days later and was too small I sent it back for an exchange 2 days later I received an email saying the size I wanted was out of stock and my refund would be in within 5 working days the following day it was refunded I re ordered another one yesterday and it's out for delivery today so happy my daughter will have her coat for xmas day 👍

Wouldn’t have gave the company any stars if it was an option ! Placed an order for a jacket no confirmation email. No reponses to emails . Won’t answer the phone or live chat and to top it off the jacket I ordered is no longer showing on the website! Then send me an email to ask how I’m enjoying my order and I may like these other products !! Haven’t received my order the Company is a joke! now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money back ! AVOID!!
