First, Zayene is not a UK or US company, the products are shipped from China. On the page they claim your order would be shipped within 2 working days. Gimmick. I ordered on 14th for a specific occasion on 25th, the item was delivered on the 26th. As if that was not enough, item delivered to me was NOTHING like what I ordered which made the situation terribly ridiculous.
One of the reasons I purchased from the store, being my first time, was the promise of 30 days return offer. Unfortunately I didn't do my due diligence on checking on trust pilot before purchasing. Now I w ant to return the item and there was no return option on the order details. I have to email a customer service address. This feels so scammy I am upset that I believed the business to be British. If there was a way to shut down this business I would. False advertising and no easy return for customers. I will attach pictures on here if possible. Awful!!!!

I purchased from Zayene for a specific event, but unfortunately the order arrived after the expected delivery date, meaning it was no longer of any use. I emailed customer support on Tuesday requesting to return my order and asking for the return instructions, but several business days later I still haven’t received any response.

It’s extremely frustrating that customers have to contact the company to initiate a return, yet customer service doesn’t reply. This leaves you unable to return your order despite following the correct process.

I’m now having to seek help through Klarna because I cannot get a response from the retailer. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Zayene unless their customer service and returns process improve significantly.

The dress was very poor quality. Extremely small and see through. Zayene expects me to pay for postage back to China. Very poor service

I love shopping on zayene, they always have the best clothes that match with every of my outfits and always arrives before the date.

Great clothes and good quality will definitely buy again
