Arrived day 9. In good condition, box says "Made in China". No evidence of the name Zephyr on the frame. Instruction booklet needs attention, some of it is poorly translated particularly the safety section. Possibly damaged the throttle cable as there was no plug on it when received. Looking at getting the throttle replaced if I can't get it to operate. On using, goes well in Pedal assisted 1, 2and 3. Only other downside was that the foot rests are too close to the pedals if anyone has a shoe size above Aus 9. Had to remove the footrests. Suggest they be located further from the pedals. Otherwise seems to be a solid build having taken it off-road a few times.

Great product, simple user interface and a reasonable price.
High build quality also, I crashed my X29 so hard yesterday and it didn't break.

The bike never arrived
The bike never arrived, ended up asking for a refund after 21 days because no one could tell me where it was. The most unhelpful and unmotivated customer service ive ever recieved. Despite all the claims on the website of track your package live and buy it and ride it this week, once they take your payment they don't care what happens to your bike. No one replies to emails, theres no number to call anyone on. Buyer beware

Love the bike x29 goes great . But the delivery was not when it supposed to be . which was probably the courrier.
But i am still waiting for a front rack i ordered and still not recieved whith no reply to my several phone calls.

Received my bike promptly, easy set up. Originally the email said it would be 8 days but mine was here in 4. Very happy with the whole process and the bike is awesome.

Ordered on the 8th, now the 31st and still no bike. Went with this company because of the next day same week shipping claim, but still waiting. Regardless of whose end its on, it hasn't arrived. The reviews for the courier company aren't great either. With the amount of good reviews I've been just trusting the processes.

Delivery was not a great experience
Delivery was not a great experience. They state on the website 4-10 days delivery on the 10th day I hadnât received any communication from anyone about the delivery, then I called the delivery company with the tracking number and they said that the tracking number is not correct and not thereâs I then had to contact zephyr make them aware and wait another 8days without any offer of compensation. It really wasnât good I had no vehicle and was relying on it

The number 1 part of my great customer experience was the text message I received with the hour of purchase, welcoming me as a customer etc, then during Xmas new yr shenanigans, zephyr never left any of my questions unanswered, they responded to me with courtesy and respect. I will recommend zephyr to all my friends n family and for the price I paid, I'm so happy.
Fabulous customer service and product
After doing lots of research on e-bikes, we purchased a zephyr ebike for our teenager son. The bike arrived promptly and was very straight forward to assemble. The customer service and follow up responses from the Zephyr team have been fabulous. And most importantly our teenager loves his new bike!
