Had to wait nearly 3 weeks for delivery / for the product to be made. I'm sure this was not entirely their fault and Mathew (who I assume is the owner) gave fast updates regarding my order whenever I asked but the amount of time taken for it to be shipped was quite frustrating especially after I had read reviews talking about the fast delivery.

Best prices and incredible customer support. It's great!

Always a great experience buying from them. Big bonus they carry some of the latest products in the UK.

Superfast delivery and fast helpful replies whenever there’s an issue such as my lamzu which I ordered developed an issue with a side button. Emailed ZGM and within minutes a reply on the fix and they said they have contacted the supplier on the issue for future products!

I left ZGM a review back in the spring for their excellent service on my first purchase. I'm reporting back to confirm that after several additional purchases since then, the experience isn't any less impressive.

Prompt despatch, solid packaging, and fantastic customer support via discord. I won't shop anywhere else for mouse accessories and have convinced several friends and family to do the same.

Zerkgamingmods, such an amazing company. A lot of the new gaming products on the market are hard to get in the UK but Zerk goes out their way to provide serivces to us for these products. Always going the extra mile to help us. Customer service is also very good! Very quick for emails, discord replies.

I bought a mousepad and ask for a refund, he instantly canceled the order and give back the money.

Quick shipping, timely replies from support to any questions I had.

Re-organising a way of sorting out an issue with a product I had in a way that suited me specifically.

Truly going above and beyond, especially in their customer support department. So long as you keep the guy that's doing them there now, you'll guaranteed have happy customers.

Best service I've experienced in a long, long time

Matthew seems really nice but my order has taken quite a while (20+ days) and I feel awkward being the one to constantly follow up on the whereabouts of my order.
Would be nice to have an update instead of me having to reach out...

Nothing but good to say about zerkgamingmods, good range of products, competitive prices, speedy delivery, and exceptional customer service and after-sale service.

My honest review is that, overall it's definitely a trustworthy company with high quality products. I ordered a cable from here and due to the royal mail issues (which I'm guessing is out of zerkgamingmods hands) it arrived after 2 months. Throughout the journey I was constantly kept in touch via the discord server with, which I'm guessing is the owner, Matthew and I'm very thankful for that.

The lack of tracking or emails about dispatch and when it'll arrive is something that I wish they sent to me however, again that may be something more about Royal Mail... but overall very happy with my product and I recommend.

First experience was when they used to be known by Paracablemods it was nothing of a big deal it was a small order of mouse grips and skates went well and smooth and still in use till now.

Second experience around oct 13th-ish I had a massive order that I could not go thru myself Mathew himself aided me in my order and the fact I paid for all of the products and was bold enough to give me his trust into completing the procedure I highly appreciate the efforts.

I cannot experience my appreciation to ZerkGamingMods I have no words to show my gratitude I am super happy with my purchases !

Ordered two Lamzu Mice by error, sent an email right after te order and the support service responded less than 15min later and the issue was fixed.
They ship Worldwide but like to New-Caledonia which is 24+ hours from UK, rare from websites.
Had to give them 5/5 for the disponibility and time saving.

Experience 1 (past): I ordered a custom-made cable last year, arrived on time and the cable is still in perfect condition. Smooth delivery and customer support at that time.

Experience 2 (current): I just ordered and received a gaming mice (Pulsar X2 Wireless). The item is as described and again customer support was quick to respond to my query. Very happy.

After several orders I am extremely happy with the service. Great selection of not always easy to find products. Perfect for all your computer mouse needs.
