De filters werken prima

Livraison rapide, article conforme et comme décrit. Le transporteur (La poste) a ouvert le colis pour que ça rentre dans la boîte aux lettres et a laissé le carton d'expédition par terre dans le hall de l'immeuble. lol

Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all at returning the filters.

les filtres ne durent pas longtemps le testeurs va très vite détecter des mesures au dessus de 06 et 08.

My order was shipped and delivered to Ireland so fast. I knew it was a good product as we have one at work. Absolutely brilliant having it at home, finally stop having a sea of bottles to recycle every week, many thanks and highly, highly recommend

Fast delivery; great product; great customer service

Sadly the product didn't live up to my expectations at all due to the following:
- Brand new filter included with the pitcher produced sour tasting water, even after multiple refills. Tester measured 000 from our 242 tap water.
- Pitcher is not in fact 10 cups when including the filter. One fill is about 800mls, meaning we need more than 2 fills to fill out sodastream bottles. Not as advertised, and was not disclosed anywhere.

Due to the sour filter and the pitcher volume I will be requesting a refund.
Only 2* because the delivery was quick and easy.

I really like the product and the overall idea but there are several points of improvement:

1- For places where the tap water comes with a pretty bad quality, the filter lasts only 1 week. That's too high filter consumption and discard.

2- Why are the filters made of plastic and packed in plastic?? Non eco friendly that's a pity

3- What do you do with used filters? At the end it's a lot of plastic to the trash, because I've tracked the return bag in your website and it's always out of stock since months ago

Das Wasser schmeckt wirklich hervorragend. Es gibt 2 große Kriterien die man ansprechen sollte.
1. Die Filterdauer beträgt circa 2 Wochen was relativ kurz ist.
2. Es kann sein, dass ein Filter der neu eingesetzt wurde, sehr unangenehm riecht, die kann man gleich ohne zu benutzen wieder entsorgen. Das ist aber schätzungsweise nicht jeder 3. oder 4. Filter. Schätze mal nach 20 bis 25 Filterwechsel wäre das einer.

Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden!

Unfortunately the filter has lasted less than a week after which the water has developed a very bad sour taste. Tried another filter I have had for a few months and had exactly the same experience

everything was perfect! (delivery, the product itself and so on)
there's only one little thing: before using zerowater i did not know that the water is so clean after filtering that it appears to taste bitter. so i did a little research and found out: letting the water "breath" and adding a bit good salt will help. you should give customers a little hint on that 😊 and if you did and i was too blind too read it i'm sorry!😅

Erg tevreden over het systeem, altijd nette snelle levering!

Heerlijk water, zeer tevredenen maar een minpunt is de plastic verpakkingslaag die niet volledig te verwijderen is van de filterrand. Voorheen zat er een schroefdeksel op, wel veel meer plastic maar werkte beter.
Het zou fijn zijn wanneer er voor vaste klanten met een beloningssysteem gewerkt zou worden.

The filters work really great, but the measurements of the jugs are misleading. The 2.4 liter jug doesn’t even hold 2 liters of water because the filter takes up so much space. It would be better to label them with their actual usable size.

Très pratique et efficace ,j'en suis très content , qualité eau correct ,je n'achète plus de bouteilles .
