Alles ok. Heel blij met de zerowaterfilters

schnelle lieferung, immer wieder.

J’utilise ZeroWater depuis plus de 10 ans et la qualité de filtration reste excellente. En revanche, depuis que le joint du filtre a été modifié, j’ai rencontré à plusieurs reprises des problèmes de fuite : l’eau contourne le filtre en passant autour du joint. Ce problème s’est déjà produit plusieurs fois, y compris lorsque je vivais en Suède.

J’ai également constaté une baisse de qualité de certains composants, notamment le joint de ma carafe en plastique, qui s’est détaché.

Ce qui m’a le plus déçue est la gestion de ma réclamation. J’ai dû insister pour obtenir le remplacement d’un filtre défectueux que j’avais pourtant déjà payé. Le remplacement a finalement été présenté comme un « geste commercial », alors qu’il s’agissait simplement de remplacer un produit défectueux.

Je continuerai à utiliser ZeroWater, car c’est le seul système qui filtre parfaitement mon eau. En revanche, je passe désormais chaque commande avec l’inquiétude de recevoir un filtre qui fuira. J’espère sincèrement que la qualité des joints et du service client sera améliorée.

This came recommend by my kinesiologist after a treatment when my water at Home coming up to be problem for gut .
I purchased a 7.5 L .
It is easy to set up.
I also bought the extra 4 filters to keep me going for a couple of months.
I’ve already noticed a difference.

Am based in UK, the filter has lasted 4 days, now the water tastes Citrus and the measure is over 006 (This filter was meant to last 50-95 liters and it has not done nearly that. Not able to replace filters every 5 days. Now I need to pay for the cost to send it back to the Netherlands, will cost more than the refund. Rip-off, don't waste your money. Will be throwing it away.

They really do clean the water. They clean it, and once you gradually get used to the taste, you also end up drinking more water because you are sure that the water is clean.

La jarra llegó en aproximadamente una semana y el sabor del agua es perfecto. Vivo en una zona de agua muy dura y se nota un montón el filtrado.

Ich hatte schon bei einigen Filtern das Problem, daß ich mehrere Male einsetzen mußte bis der Filter hundert % dicht war. Dies bedeutet das ein Teil der Filterfuntion schon verbraucht wurde, bevor er zum Einsatz kam. Vor kurzem habe ich 8 neue Filter bestellt die mit einem Preis von 133.20 € ja nicht eben günstig sind. Der Erste war auch nach mehreren Versuchen einfach nicht dicht zu bekommen. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice benachrichtigt und um Ersatz für diesen einen gebeten, sowie eine Versandtasche ( die ja angeboten wird ) um die verbrauchten Filter zurück zu senden, angefordert. Die Antwort lautete " schicken Sie mir ein Video vom filtern, Versandtaschen sind z. Z. leider nicht zu haben,bringen Sie die Filter aus Kostengründen zu einer entsprechenden Sammelstelle.
Das hat mich so verärgert das ich mir ein anderes Filtersystem zulegen werde.

Unfortunately, the first filter has lasted about two weeks which means that my tap water is very heavy on them. So the water is clean and great, but may need to find another filter option due to my area :)

Goed product met kwaliteitsgarantie dat Pfas gefilterd wordt. Water smaakt heel lekker.
Product is makkelijk in elkaar te zetten.
