It was an incredible experience and everyone from the team enjoyed it greatly. The energy in the office was on the next level - so lively and positive.
My experience with the massage was excellent. The masseuse is skilled at what she does and knew exactly which spots to put more pressure on. The pain that I'd been having in my shoulder disappeared when I left the massage room. She was also great to consult with on office ergonomics and general habits that I could incorporate into my day-to-day activities. Very friendly, organised, and communicative.

Horrible experience
I have worked for this company for a good while and i can say that the owner of the company is not very fair regarding the type of contract .
I am collaborating with many other wellness companies, no issues or struggles with any, except this one, and i can say that Zest At Work don't respect their staff.

I could not attend the massage and…
I could not attend the massage and could not cancel and open it up to other work colleagues as you have a 24 hour notice. I do not think this is required when you are based in an office for the day.

Hi,
There seems to have been a misunderstanding as we have a 12 hour cancellation policy (not 24 hour) which is in place on the request of our corporate clients.
If a cancellation is requested online under 12 hours clients are directed to contact us directly. The reason for this is so that the organisers on site can be alerted and any cancellation lists in place internally can be actioned. I hope this helps somewhat. It is a shame that you were unable to attend.

We all wish we could spend more time with our clients too however in order to see so many people in a day we have to keep to the short time slots. I hope you get to enjoy another massage with us again soon!
