This is the second time I have used Zest Mortgage Brokers and I would recommend them to everyone. Gemma worked hard to get me the right mortgage deal and honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. She completely understood my situation, was always happy to answer my endless questions and kept me in the loop all the way through. She made the remortgaging process so much less stressful than it could have been. I will definitely use Gemma and Zest Mortgage Brokers again in the future.

Having had the pleasure of working with Zest for a few months now I can say that the experience has been fantastic.
It was by chance that I was linked up with them, as they were the company that the Estate Agent used to check my finances. What’s more, is they offered me some advice and took it upon themselves to contact a mortgage lender that I was looking at with another Broker. They found out that the rates had changed 15 times in a year. That is something that even my previous Broker did not tell me.
From that point on I was sold! The fact that someone took the time to call a lender and just ask them was great.
Now, like most things there have been a few bumps (and rate changes, questions) along the way. Nothing worth noting, why? as they were all addressed and corrected! What more can you want?
If you ever get the chance to work with Maddison, I can say she has by far been the BEST person I have had the chance to speak to and work with. Maddison is knowledgeable, highly professional and by far a very friendly person to chat to ... I cannot imagine what she thinks when my number appears!!
Anyway, all I can do is thank her and her team for getting my mortgage arranged, and I certainly look forward to her call / email in a few years’ time when we get to do it again!!

I have recently used Gemma Palmer to help me sort a better deal for my existing Buy to Let mortgage. She helped to scour the market and sourced me a new deal with a re-mortgage. Gemma is very helpful and kept me up to date at each stage. Seamless end to end service and I will definitely be recommending Gemma for mortgage needs to friends and family.

What can I say? Darren has been absolutely amazing. I had all but given up on the thought of owning my own place.
