Order items were modified without even…

Order items were modified without even asking us. You refund amount if item is not available and not just give something else just to match the amount. How you decide this and modify order on your own ?
Very disappointed. All the best for your business growth with such issues.

Reviewed to 3 stars based on clarification by Zingox that there was error in calculations and offer was clubbed which caused miscommunication - they agreed to refund the difference. Thanks.

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Your order was modified to give you free coriander and curry leaves, which was our woman's day special offer. All orders came on woman's day i.e. 8th March received complementary coriander and curry leaves.

This was not charged to your account.
We had already refunded the amount as paid after discount back to your account as soon as order was dispatched. I understand there was confusion caused due to order edit without your knowledge but with all good intention it was completely free and you were not charged for the same. Thanks for understanding.

One stop for Vegies & Staples

I have been using Zingox services since pandemic and it has truly proved to be a blessing! They have always provided fresh vegetables and fruits, Indian snacks and pantry staples. Flexibility in terms of delivery. Have made certain items available on request. May be they can look at more competitive pricing for similar products available elsewhere and hope they are able to maintain the quality of the products & services they provide.

Damaged and short shelf life

Having had Good Chaps previously, was very pleased to promptly receive my parcel from Zyngox, but I was swiftly very disappointed to discover that every tin was dented, with areas of rust and that the best before end date on all of them is only two months away. For tinned goods, this is a very short amount of time and the damage is rather worrying!

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. About damage we will raise it with our courier partner on rough handling as we never dispatch any damaged product from our side. About low expiry and packaging we have raised this concern with the product supplier. To resolve this matter, our customer care team will get in touch with you and resolve the matter.

I received stale smelly pickle

I received stale smelly pickle, it was close to its expiry date. When I asked the customer service they said it is still within its expiry date, so they can’t do anything about it.

Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. However we checked our logs and we could see that you were informed about returning the product to your nearest collection center.
We need to so that we can send it back to our distributor. This process is clearly documented in our refund and return policy.

Its 2 and half month expiry. We received this stock from UK distributor.
If you are not happy - you can return it to our collection point in Amersham or can hand it back to our driver when you order next time.

Excellent Service!!!

Zingox was an Excellent discovery by me while I was searching for Kalnirnay (Marathi) calendar on the internet, and I ended up buying many more products such as Bakarwadi, Goda masala, Kolhapuri Missal masala, couple of pickles etc. The quality is good & the service is Superb. I placed my order yesterday night and received it today afternoon, not even 24 hours!!! which is way better than others. With such great service, I am sure, Zingox is only going to grow.
