Zinstall rates 0 from me for customer support, and they are horrible! Don't respond at all to any requests, and they never sent me the license number for the software! I've requested it 5 times, but no response whatsoever from customer service except to say that they were forwarding my request to their customer service arm. So if you need any assistance, good luck getting it. Needless to say I would go another route to transfer!!

This product did what others didn't. This product is "as advertised". It transferred Programs (And Product Keys!), Files, Documents, Pictures, Music, and everything else of value associated with the transfer. The key though is having two "healthy" working computers that have full functionality and are current with all updates as well as security updates. Your system gave me the "personality" of my old computer. Amazing!!

Zinstall is genius. With a few easy steps, you can literally transfer your old computer to a new one in about an hour or two. It moves all your settings including switched mouse buttons (I'm a left-handed mouser), wallpaper, browser settings and all bookmarks, and your system tray applications as well as applications you have installed on your old computer. Note, if your application required a license key upon original installation, it will be required again on the switch. It's easier if you have two monitors and cat5 ports on each computer with a cat5 cable connecting the two, but it can be accomplished without these as long as your old computer's problem isn't internet board on-the-way-to-failure like mine was. I feel like I am using my old computer, but with an upgrade since my old one couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11. I wish it was a little bit cheaper but it was worth saving all the time and effort setting up a new computer from scratch. My only issue is that several websites can no longer be reached for some reason and I don't know what setting that is. Overall, very happy with it.

This program is amazing. I dread having to move everything to a new build and reinstalling everything. This saved me days of that. Thank you!

The program I use to run my small business didn't transfer successfully. My attempts to contact their support were met with dead silence. I had a brief contact with someone on chat who told me to email support. I emailed them a few times but got no response. They're not there for you when needed.

For the second time I used Zinstall to migrate all my data from an old Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC. It went flawlessly as did the first. It was easy to set up and use. The only price I paid (excluding the cost of the software. of course) was I had to re-register one of my apps because the product key was tied to the old motherboard. I can highly recommend this product.

Very easy transfer. I chose Zinstall because I needed programs transferred in addition to documents and files. The transfer was due to a move from Windows 10 to 11 to a new computer.

I am not computer savvy by any means. Bought a new computer and was perplexed by how to transfer my programs. Zinstall was the perfect answer. Very user friendly. Everything got transferred and was not deleted from the old computer. Exactly what I needed. No glitches, no calls for support, everything ran so smoothly. So worth the money! I would highly recommend this program.

The software performed just as advertised. We had a very smooth transition. I was shocked to see everything previously stored on the old computer transferred to the new one (we upgraded to Windows 11.) I would use this product again.

Zinstall is fantastic. I use Microsoft Money for my personal finances. It has been discontinued for many years. I didn't want to have to purchase a new program. Zinstall brought it across with no problems. Also brought all my other files, shortcuts, even websites. I installed through my internet. It took several hours to complete, worth every minute! Great program.

It takes a little bit of time, but it gives you a fully functional new computer that did everything your old computer could do and then some. If your time is valuable to you, and you don’t want the frustration of moving programs and files over this is a must.

I’ve used Zinstall transfer two computers with great and easy success. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this product again. Thank you for making my life easier and saving time!

Everything I needed to transfer over to my new computer came over smoothly, even a couple of really old programs came over without a problem. I needed to fine tune a few settings, but overall, it worked like they promised. I am not a computer guy, and it took little assistance on my part to get it going and to transfer everything. I was very pleased with its performance and have already told my friends about it.

I chose Zinstall since it had much better Trustpilot ratings than competitors. That’s because when the software runs without any problems, it’s good. However, heaven help you if you need technical support. In more than 40 years of computer use, Zinstall was clearly the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Read the other 1-star reviews. Not enough space to describe my experience.

I used zintall to move from an older Windows 11 PC to a new one. I was able to move some of my Outlook settings correctly. It completely messed up my file system, thinking everything was on OneDrive (that I do not use for backup). Many contacts with Microsoft went nowhere. All the library settings were not correct. Many of my Windows settings were not correct. The fix lost data.

This Product was great. I am a true novice when it comes to computers. I purchased this product and transferred my old computer programs and files without spending money on a computer tech.
No problems and it worked great.

The migration of my older Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC using ZInstall could not have gone better to be honest.

I left the migration running overnight and when I checked in the next morning, almost everything had just copied over and was available - even the taskbar had the correct icons in the correct place, and all apps seemed not only to be installed correctly but also configured correctly. I was thrilled to bits.

I'd been dreading the migration expecting a lot of manual intervention to be required, but it was not - 99.9% of everything just migrated without issue - about the only thing I needed to do was enter a license key for one piece of software. All other settings of that software - and I'd changed a great number from their defaults - migrated successfully. Hardly any other interventions were required.

The new Windows 11 PC is now up and running (the old is retired) and Zinstall can consider me one delighted customer. About a week after the migration they contacted me to see how it'd all gone and I told them what I've told you above, and offered them the opportunity to use my words in their advertising. They said they couldn't do that directly but pointed me to their Trustpilot page, which is why I'm posting here. In short they made a potentially lengthy and difficult task extremely simple and quick.

I'm 77 years old. I purchased Zinstall and paid to have them do the transfer because of my age. They started the transfer, ran into some problem, told me to shut down my computers for two days while they worked it out. Stupid me, I did that and now I think it was just to be sure they got my money from Amex because I never heard from theme again and they will not answer emails. And during the time they were working on the transfer they totally screwed up my new computer to the point I had to reload Win 11 and start from scratch. Do not use it to transfer from Win 10 to 11. What little got transferred made my 11 computer think it was still Win 10. This happened about September 9, 2025.
