The wig that I received seemed used but the customer service team has been very responsive. Willing to listen to issue and make provisions towards correction.
The hair wasn't as it showef on video or picture abd it wasn't human hair it was blended with synthetic hair. Pay too much to be played with. I think twice before ordering from them. My experience is... ãã£ãšèŠã

This hair sheds terrible!! This is my first time buying the hair and I am quite disappointed!!! It mats together bad and I do hair for a living and normally get hair from a different vendor but wanted to support another business to switch it up a little but this wig that was provided to me was not a good grade.
