Workers at ZNO cant measure, aspect ratio is wrong
Even after I sent customer service pictures with a tape measure of a 16 x 20 print that is not the right length they still insist that there metric measurement in centimeters of 41 x 51 is correct...
A 16x20 is 406 x 508 millimeters, even if they had cut it right at 41x51 it still would not fit into a frame made for a 16x20 print. This print is mounted on styrene.
print #1 = 401 x 508
print #2 = 412 x 510
Even if it was printed correctly I would have to cut it down to the right size, there is also a 1/2 inch border specifically so that the title block would show in a frame, it does not, the frame would cover the lettering.
I did not want a third print and they refused to give me a refund, there customer service is unprofessional and they only thing they have been trained to do is not give refunds.
If you order from them you have a 60% chance that they will get it right the first time.
They will reprint an order and send it right back to you whether it is correct or not but they will not give you a refund.
Worthless company, I will never order from them again.
Terrible quality and bad costumer service
Worst and unprofessional printing and costumer service I experienced! I ordered my wedding album through ZNO, Uploaded high resolution - top quality photos, and I received a totally different album - with low quality blurry and off color photos. When contacting them they said the original photos I uploaded are the problem. Showing them proof of their mistake did not help and they won’t refund me.
unprofessional customer service
Very Unprofessional service. not recommended to anyone. I placed the order with priority shipping service. Paid in full. Delivery time was 2 weeks but due to problem they extended to 4 weeks. waited nearly 6 weeks and still no reply from them. Had to cancel the order with full refund. But it effected my reputation to my clients. I am a wedding photographer and words are very important in my business. Will never come again.
Nothing but thieves & liars
I was a Pro Maker member for many years but decided to cancel at the start of COVID. I contacted Zno with my request to cancel however they continued to take payments from my credit card without me realising. I contacted them over a month ago & they agreed to refund the last 7 payments that had been taken without my consent however a month down the line I’ve not received the refund & they’re wanting me to jump through hoops to get it… Just check the payments haven’t left your account & reissue them (surely it’s not that difficult!!) Customer service from this company is disgraceful, I definitely won’t be using them again!!

Hello Zno Customer Serivce!
Wooow I thought I was going to like this company, but now I don't know! Just got off the phone with a customer service Agent "Evelyn" and she was a bit rude! It's shocking because before she seems really helpful and nice! Maybe because she has a heavy load or something! Everybody have bad days, however when speaking with customers who plan to make ZNO their number one Album company, you have to he careful with the way you speak with your clients! Even though you have a lot of Customers you have to tend to, you still have to be patient and answer their questions in a diplomatic way! At first I gave Evelyn a good review, now I feel so sorry that I gave her a good review! This is my first time using this company, so that's why I have so many questions! As a professional photographer, I want to make sure I'm knowledgeable myself as far as Albums go! Hopefully, if I call back with any questions I get someone who is not rushing me! NOBODY WANTS TO BE RUSHED! Again, I know this company probably have a lot of calls, but again you still have to be patient with your customers!

I have been using ZNO for years now and have to say I have yet to run into any issues. Anything that has actually gone really off the rails has been on me when I go back and look at how I submitted my job. Color on my art prints have been beautiful. Books are stunning and my clients love the mounted prints. I have had no issues with fading over the years even in direct sunlight which is a big deal in quality. The one issue I did have was resolved immediately and made good without an hassle and frankly it was my fault but they still took care of it. If DHL becomes a problem ZNO steps in and helps out. My orders always fly right thru customs, they have this down to an art! I prefer using them over other local companies. You just have to have patience and set proper expectations on your order turn around time, DHL is slow not ZNO.

Zero tolerance to listen to customer issue. Solving problem? She just doesn’t want to listen. And i am Zno pro plan member for past 3+ years and purchased products periodically.
The priority shipping is a scam .. thy don’t ship priority
I’ve been dealing with Zno for many years but lately I’ve been so disappointed with the work I’ve been receiving, prints and albums. I can print at CVS and still get a better resolution. I paid for priority couple times and my packages didn’t get delivered in the time it was estimated .. if u have to deal with this losing company do not pay extra for delivery.. it’s a scam ..
Quality gone down
I just received my 5th book from ZNO and I can see it's not made in USA anymore and I can see big difference in the quality so I would not recommend to anyone anymore .
Good insides but cover image errors poss browser related?
I was thorough with preparing my photos, (I'm a graphic designer by profession) The international pics came out pretty good and overall I would have been quite happy except for the fact the cover photo was cropped wrongly, leaving uneven white edges on a black cover...not good and not consistent with what the preview showed. I checked the preview twice before sending to print and I know what I'm doing so a bit disappointed that my complaint was fobbed off. I'd say print quality is good but be careful of the upload software, I've noticed I'm not the only one with this observation.
UPDATE. Zno kindly refunded and I'll probably use again but with a different browser,

Not Helpful At All
The quality of the print is good, but everything else is awful. THE PREVIEW DOESN"T LOOK LIKE THE FINISHED PRODUCT. The edges in the preview did not give me a realistic idea of what to expect from my finished product and I was VERY dissapointed, especially when I contacted customer service and they did not explain why it looks different in the preview and in print. Will not recomend this site.

Again, I can only give positive feedback for this company, quickness of service and the quality of the product. Since my last review, I have ordered different items and today arrived the 8 X 8x10 Flush Mount Print (Metallic Print). With the discount applied at the time, these worked out at about £2.41 for each. The sheen is amazing and does make them look metallic. another really happy purchase.

I'm reading these reviews and have no idea what people are talking about too be honest.
I've been using ZNO since 2016, I was a pro member then a Maker Plan Member, and I've always loved my prints from ZNO, even back when it was Artisan State.
I used to use their albums all the time, however, I have no moved on. I do frequently use their printing services for affordable wall art, my smaller prints that go into my USB boxes and their Ivory Prints, I adore the quality.
Being in the UK, Shipping time amazing me. The fastest I had ever received an order was 4 days on Priority Shipping. Averagely is like a week.
I don't really relate to the other reviews, but I'm 100% genuine and will continue using ZNO for as long as they're around.
I appreciate affordable, quick service and that's what I get.

Company based in California but the calendar was printed and shipped from China, so long delivery time. Tracking info said it had been stuck in customs in Belgium then delayed again on arrival in the UK.
On arrival all of the pictures had been printed crookedly, some rotated, some not centred. The problems were very obvious.
Gave them two stars though - one because the colours were true, and one because customer services responded within a couple of days and gave a refund.
Impossible to cancel subscription
I have had a Maker Plan subsription for a couple of months. Their terms & conditions say you can cancel any time with a notification period. After numerous emails and requests via web form, I simply never got a response to my cancellation request. They kept withdrawing money from my credit card account and I had to contact VISA to credit this back. The products and books they offer are nice, but prepare to being screwed if you want to cancel your plan.
