We’ve been using GPS Trackit extensively for our fleet, and it’s been an incredible asset to our operations. The platform is easy to use and performs reliably, with just the occasional need for a quick refresh.

What truly stands out, though, is the customer support—especially from Julie. She has been absolutely amazing: incredibly responsive, always following up, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly for us. Her level of service has made the onboarding and management experience seamless.

This initial training session was too basic, didn't include enough info about using cameras, and trainers answer was to schedule Another, training session.

They will continue charging your account 60 days after u cancel your account , it's a real scam the way they do this. I tell them that I won't be using there service because my truck broke down and still make me pay for something Im not going to used. Becarefull with this company

Savannah is very thorough and confirms after each topic if there are any questions. I appreciate that she shows examples and at the end ask if we have any questions even if it is not on the topic she has shown us.

I’m new to the ELD world. I am an owner operator and attempting to learn how to use GPS Trackit to its full potential is difficult especially as a Boomer.
I would like to learn how to use my fuel receipts and the IFTA program for my business.
Does it take care of my taxes? Does it know when I crossed state lines? Does it log my mileages

Training was very clear and to the point. Instructor explained setting and functions of platform very well and allowed room for questions. Overall, a very efficient and informative webinar.

Class was very helpful hoping to remember everything when it is time to activate the system

Savannah was clear and to the point. She knew there were hours and hours of information she could share but she communicated with me on what points I may need the most. She answered all of my questions and was able to go through so much needed information. Honestly, the hour spent with her was the most beneficial of my day.

For an old guy like myself,it was a little overwhelming for me. I will be reaching out for additional help to get acclimated.
