We're looking for ways to improve employee well-being and satisfaction, so I purchased more than three dozen Zox to use this summer with the high school intern program that I lead a Kaiser Permanente. In my role as a Performance Improvement Consultant, I'll oversee a project that will use the Zox as an immediate, real-time mood booster to measure and improve the "Happiness Scores" (think: just-in-time employee satisfaction surveys) of the interns and employees in the 20 departments that will host them. Zox incorporates both the meaningful and the mirthful in a simple, easy-to-use wearable that we hope has a great impact in our healthcare environment.

I've been going through a tough part of my life over the last year. After buying a few other Motivational products, I started seeing ads for Zox. I got curious and checked out the website. I love the product, the artwork, the messages, and even the technology, which doesn't feel gimmicky.

I love my watch band, it was a gift from my son. Several months after receiving it, it broke in a way that was unable to be fixed. I reached out to Zox and immediately emailed me back and asked the type of watch/band it was so they could replace it. Within a week I had my new band

I had a damaged package get received by one of the carriers deeming it undeliverable so I sent a quick email over to Zox requesting help and/or a replacement. Within a few hours I was pleasantly greeted with sincere apologies and condolences with an almost immediate order update stating I had a new order from Zox. I can't say enough good things
I was intrigued by the different bracelets and have purchased three. I then ordered a keyring but it got lost in the mail. However, since even they couldn't track it they refunded the entire cost.

Best Company EVER!
The reps answer questions quickly and are always happy to fix issues. One very important order never got to me because the Amazon delivery driver doesnât know that they have to deliver to the correct building in my complex (they all have numbers on them) but ZOX happily resent my order. Iâve never been disappointed with customer care- whether I have a problem or just a quick question-best company EVER!

Zox is beyond incredible! I ordered Bracelets for my friend who had just lost his special fur baby unexpectedly. I needed them to arrive quickly because they are moving at the end of the week.
