Worst Company Ever!!!!! Donât Purchase From Them
Fellow consumers, NEVER place an order with ZWILLING. I placed an order for a STAUB 3.5 QT, BRAISER WITH GLASS LID, CITRON - FACTORY SECOND. The website was advertising free shipping. Boy was that a lie. I paid $14.99 to ship the item and the company selected the cheapest and worst way to ship the item - FedEx Smatpost. As always, the item is somewhere held hostage by FedEx. Fedex estimate they will deliver the item in 20 DAYS. A service that normally takes 7-10 days per FedEx. Since the service is so cheap FedEx indicates ZWILLING would need to submit a claim in order for them to investigate why itâs taking 20 days and to find out where the item is. I called ZWILLING twice to ask for their assistance since, per FedEx, they need to contact them for the claim. Both interactions with ZWILLING leaded to nothing as their customer service is uncooperative and don't care at all about consumers. Afteran item leaves their warehouse, itâs basically not their problem. They just wash their hands. Zwillings eventually reached out to me via email and offered me two options, replacement or refund. I sent them my response to replace and then they immediately responded by taking back the offer to replace or refund. Who does this!!!! I have never dealt with a company so horrible like ZWILLING. I will never purchase from them again and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Buyer beware. Horrible, horrible company.

Be aware of return polices and free times
I recently had a disappointing experience with ZWILLING Canada customer service.
I placed an order after being presented with a 15% discount code during checkout, but there was no proper opportunity to apply the code before the order was completed. When I reached out immediately to have the discount honored, they refused, stating they cannot apply codes after purchase â despite the issue clearly occurring within their own checkout flow.
What was especially frustrating is the lack of flexibility or willingness to resolve the situation in a reasonable way (such as adjusting the price or allowing a simple reorder).
Additionally, be cautious of their âfree giftâ promotions. If you need to return your order for any reason, you are required to return the free item as well â and you must pay for shipping out of pocket. This makes returns unnecessarily costly and inconvenient.
Overall, the product quality may be good, but the customer service experience and rigid policies make it hard to recommend purchasing directly from them. Buyers should be aware of these limitations before ordering.

Warning this company does not honour their warranty I submitted a warranty claim to Zwilling Henckel in December 2025 for a broken chef knife (model 36111 200). The warranty replacement was approved by Henckel and assigned reference #60692213. Instead of the correct replacement, I received a cheaper bread knife (model 175666 200), which I returned using the companyâs prepaid label on 26 01 13. Since then, despite multiple emails and phone calls and repeated assurances that the correct replacement would be sent, I have received nothing. The company now has both my original knife and the incorrect replacement. Iâm left with nothing

Die Firma Zwilling ruft Wasserkocher zurÃŒck, da die Benutzung zu Verbrennungen fÃŒhren kann.
Ich besitze einen solchen Wasserkocher und habe vor einem Jahr bereits einen entsorgen mÃŒssen, der von dem Problem betroffen war.
Der RÌckrufprozess ist sehr kundenunfreundlich und wird nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung eher lustlos vollzogen.
Der Kunde soll den Wasserkocher zerstören, davon Fotos anfertigen und den Wasserkocher anschlieÃend "nach den örtlichen Richtlinien" selbst entsorgen.
Bis Zwilling die Einreichung der Fotos geprÌft hat (nach eigenen Angaben, in der Regel ca. drei Wochen), lÀsst der Hersteller den Kunden im Unklaren darÌber, ob, wie und in welcher Höhe er Geld zurÌck erhÀlt.
Bis zu einer eventuellen EntschÀdigung hat der Kunde erst einmal nur Arbeit mit der Zerstörung, der Entsorgung und dem Kauf eines neuen Wasserkochers. AuÃerdem trÀgt er das Risiko, leer auszugehen.
Ãbrigens findet mein bereits selbst entsorgter Wasserkocher keine BerÃŒcksichtigung, obwohl ich eine Rechnung ÃŒber den Kauf vorweisen kann.
Kundenfreundlich wÀre m.E.:
1) Anruf oder E-Mail beim Hersteller, dass man betroffen.
2) Einreichung eines Nachweises (Foto vom Produkt oder Rechnung)
3) Angabe einer Bankverbindung fÃŒr die Erstattung.
4) Umgehende Erstattung des Kaufpreises plus einer angemessenen Pauschale fÃŒr Entsorgung und Neubeschaffung.

Kundenzufriedenheit scheint keine Rolle (mehr) zu spielen. Habe vor gut 2 Jahren eine Edelstahl Mehrzweckschere gekauft, die am Gelenk nachgestellt werden muss. Antwort: fehlerhafter Gebrauch, wir können nichts mehr fÌr Sie tun.
Auch eine persönliche Anfrage bei der Unternehmensleitung blieb bis heute (6 Wochen spÀter) ohne Reaktion. Ist das so gewollt? Warum sollte ich noch Zwilling-Produkte kaufen?

I have been a loyal customer of Zwilling and Staub products for many years, which is why this experience has been so disappointing.
I recently purchased a Staub 5-quart Dutch oven directly from their website. The unit I received has visible chips along the rim that make it appear damaged. This was immediately noticeable not only to me, but also to others when I showed it. It does not resemble the premium-quality cookware that Staub is known for.
I reported the issue right away and provided multiple photos. After several rounds of communication and additional documentation, I was told this was ânormal variationâ and was offered only a 10% partial refund.
I respectfully disagree. While I understand that hand-finished products may have minor variations, this item does not present as first-quality and falls outside what I would consider acceptable for a premium brand.
The process itself was also frustrating. My order was routed through Shop, which created confusion, and customer service initially had difficulty locating my order. I spent several days going back and forth, providing photos and information, only to be directed toward a warranty process instead of receiving a straightforward replacement.
At this point, I am left with a product I am not satisfied with and a resolution that does not reflect the quality standards or customer service I expected from Zwilling.Title: Disappointing Quality and Frustrating Customer Service Experience

Absolutely horrible experience. Will never buy from them again.
I bought a gift for a wedding online and accidentally used the brides name and address as the billing address in addition to the shipping address. I realized after I submitted order and contacted them immediately. THREE times I got emails about we canât stop this order itâs already ordered blah blah blah and kept calling me by the brides name! You would think they would be unable to charge my cc because my name and address is different than that of the bride! They gave conflicting information about being able to redirect the shipment. Final answer was that I could not.
In short, I just wanted a stress free present for the bride and no price information on what was delivered. I didnât get it. Never again.

âI am extremely disappointed with Zwillingâs deceptive business practices. I placed a $100 order specifically to hit their free shipping threshold, consisting of an $85 blender and a $15 peeler. Immediately after taking my payment, they cancelled the blender but not the $15 "filler" item.
âThey are now charging me for a $15 item I never would have ordered alone andâto make matters worseâare demanding that I pay for the return shipping.
âNote for Quebec Residents: This is a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act (LPC). Under Section 54.12, the cancellation of a primary item allows for the cancellation of the entire transaction. Under Section 54.14, the merchant is responsible for all return costs when they fail to fulfill a distance contract.
âCustomer service was unwilling to provide a prepaid label or a full refund. I have initiated a credit card chargeback and filed a report with the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC). Avoid this site if you value your consumer rights.
Unethical company
Unethical company, poor customer service. They issue points for purchases, redeem for a credit for future purchases but only accept 1 promo code so canât submit the code to receive the credit. They refuse to issue a credit on my credit card. It is a bait and switch operation. They only way you can receive the credit it to not receive offered discounts. I will return my 2 recent purchases and take my business elsewhere. They do have competition.

Katastrophaler Kundendienst
Ich nutze seit mehreren Jahren das Fresh & Save Set von Zwilling. Mein erstes Set hatte flexible Deckel, und war von der Vakuumierleistung her ÃŒberragend.
Leider gestaltete sich bei diesem Set der Reinigungsaufwand als ziemlich aufwendig. Ich bin daher Mitte vergangenen Jahres auf ein Set mit starren Deckeln umgestiegen. Leider ist es bei diesem Set so, dass nach nicht mal einem Jahr der Nutzung die Deckel des kompletten Sets da Vakuum nicht mal mehr lÀnger als 2 Stunden halten, obwohl ich mich beim Vakuumiervorgang und bei der Reinigung komplett an die Anleitung halte. Ich habe seit mehr als vier Wochen einen Antrag auf Garantie und Austausch der Deckel offen, vom Kundendienst bekomme ich allerdings nur eine generische, automatisierte Antwort, egal, wie viele Details ich zum Problem liefere. "Guter" Kundendienst sieht wahrlich anders aus!
Klinge zerbrochen
Ein Teil der Klinge eines Kochmessers ist beim schneiden von Fleisch abgebrochen und im Fleisch stecken geblieben. Das Messer war knapp Ìber 2 Jahre alt, wurde eher selten genutzt und nie in der SpÌlmaschine gespÌlt. Klarer Produktionsfehler. Als Antwort auf die Reklamation hieà es die Garantie ist abgelaufen.

Il mixer non Ú disponibile per cui ne ho comprato un altro per potere usare gli accessori, e ho chiesto in cambio il sistema di cottura sottovuoto. La frusta Ú invece disponibile! Rispondono sempre che stanno esaminando il caso! MA COSA C'E' DA ESAMINARE? Debbo far causa? A NORIMBERGA!!!
