Booked a service and MOT on line offering discount. James called on the day of the service apologising that the MOT engineer had gone sick, re booked the appointment on a date that suited me. On the day turned up they were expecting me handed the keys over. I had calls after the service to say all as OK then later to say the car was ready for collection. Would consider using Halfords again.
