AVOID THIS SHOCKING COMPANY
BT have raised my bill from £50 to £64 for 135mb speed Sky offering 145mb for £30 a month
BTs response well your tied into a 2 year contract until Jan 24 or you have to pay £200 to get out of contract,,,!!!!
shocking customer services couldnt answer the question as to why their prices are So much higher than all the big companies....!!! and refused to put me through to complaints department,,,!! BT look at your reviews and LISTEN to your customers

When you asked to lodge a complaint the advisor should have opened one and handled this for you.
