One of the most irresponsible sofa companies
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I'm currently in the 10th week out of 12 (12 is the maximum delivery time), and I still haven't received any response from them about the delivery time.
Despite numerous attempts to call, they won't even pick up the phone. Do you really think they'll respond to an email? Not a chance.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering anything from them. They're undoubtedly one of the most irresponsible sofa companies in the Netherlands / Germany.
