Customer service and delivery time is ridiculous! Who's managing this brand? We're waiting for 10 days now and the order hasn't been delivered yet.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I'm currently in the 10th week out of 12 (12 is the maximum delivery time), and I still haven't received any response from them about the delivery time.

Despite numerous attempts to call, they won't even pick up the phone. Do you really think they'll respond to an email? Not a chance.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering anything from them. They're undoubtedly one of the most irresponsible sofa companies in the Netherlands / Germany.

I ordered the Philips The One 50PUS8808 TV, and it was delivered to me by Post NL with a broken screen.

I have ordered many electric devices online from other websites, but this was the first and definitely the last time that I will order from hello tv.

They have to exchange the TV for sure (I'm in the process of that), but all the struggles are super frustrating. If Post NL is so irresponsible to deliver the product, they HAVE TO choose another shipment company. I'm not going to trust hello tv again and hope you won't either.

I liked the quality of the dining table and the chairs; thanks for your store.
The only con was with the dirty iron parts, which I had to clean several times. I wish you had invested a few more minutes in cleaning those parts in your store.
That way, your customers would enjoy the items more.

They are by far the worst company to order whey protein from, yes, ESN is a f brand.

I placed an order 10 days ago, and every time I follow up with them, they give the same nonsense response (they don't follow up unless you inquire about your order).

Avoid ordering their products due to their lack of responsibility and tendency to blame shipment services; it's the worst experience ever.

The wooden parts quality was so bad, that I couldn't even assemble small parts. Don't bother yourself with their products and get an IKEA set instead, which works way better with a better quality.
And don't get fooled by the images they provide.
- The only pros of their service is that they got the desk back and made a full refund.

I give them an easy 5-stars because of two reasons:
1- Their support team (they are responsible and mainly get back to me in less than an hour when I submit a ticket)
2- The price of their VPS. I honestly couldn't find cheaper and also better VPS for Europe than MVPS.
Try it and you will never regret that.
