Worst customer service at Boots…
Worst customer service at Boots Optician - No refund without Manager, I bought two pairs of glasses from Boots but they were not good. I could not read the last two paragraphs of the fine print and the sales girl convinced me that the glasses were not meant for reading those two fine prints and that if I was not happy, I could return the glasses within a month to get a refund. I bought them around 24.01/2024 and yesterday I went to Boots around 5.15 p.m. and the same sales girl attended me. She told me that the Manager was to authorise the refund and he had left at 5 p,m, and I needed to book an appointment to see him. I was furious the Boots were supposed to close at 8,00 p.m. and the Manager had left much earlier. Further, the girl wanted to book an appointment to see the Manager. What a nonsense! I am 90 years old Indian retired University lecturer and I felt that she was messing with me for nothing. I have the feeling that she was telling me a pack of lies to put me off. What would say? Boots are good for nothing.
