I ordered a ladies Barbour jacket on Friday 9th Febuary 2024, money was taken from my account. After not receiving any despatch or delivery confirmation, I emailed the company twice, who failed to reply. My first impressions was that I had been ripped off. Come the following Tuesday I received a cancellation and refund notification for the order, saying they had no stock. Really not a good way to run a business, I doubt I will use this company again.
