Still no refund 😡
I purchased two pairs of curtains to the value of £103.97 including postage on 11th January 2021. I never received the curtains, nor an email to say they were no longer available, despite my barclaycard already being debited for this amount. I received a refund for one pair of curtains plus postage, but am still waiting on £49.99. I've rang numerous times, but have still not received my refund. Received an email from very on the 22nd January saying there was a technical problem with issuing refunds, and I could expect to receive my refund within the next 10 days, suprise still no refund. This is diabolical customer service, and it seems that not issuing refunds to customers is a regular occurrence with this company. I will be contacting Trading Standards and the consumer ombudsman with regards to the conduct of this company. I have been a loyal very account holder for years, but not for much longer. 😡
