I was very happy with Omaze contributing towards good causes with a chance of winning a prize, until i checked my bank account and found out that £20 was being taken out as opposed to £10. I have since cancelled my subscription and emailed them for my £10 back. Not happy.

First time using this company and I'm very happy. This was the only company i found online with the decorative fence panels I wanted, that delivered. Ordered on the Tuesday, delivered first thing Thursday morning to North Devon. The delivery driver was courteous and friendly and called me 10 minutes prior to delivery, he also kindly put all the panels in the garage for me. The fence panels are lovely, great quality, and in perfect condition. Would definitely use this company again, highly reccomend 😊👍

I purchased two eyelash growth serums from this company, but only on completion of the purchase was it evident that they were being manufactured and dispatched from China. This was not mentioned on their website at all, as they state they are a UK based company. This is grossly misleading. I contacted Imran at customer services and informed him that I will be returning the serums for a full refund once I received them. China does not have the strict manufacturing guidelines and regulations with regards to cosmetic manufacturing as the UK. I will not put any unregulated eye product near my eyes. More worrying is the fact that this company is not registered with companies house. Failure to receive a full refund for these serums will result in my contacting Trading Standards. Buyer Beware !!!

It's the first time I've used Pebble Grey, and I'm very happy. I purchased a Maya mirror for my new bathroom, and its beautiful, and it was reasonably priced as well. Delivery was prompt and the mirror was double packaged, so arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Pebble Grey again for any future purchases, and would be happy to reccomend them.

I ordered a ladies Barbour jacket on Friday 9th Febuary 2024, money was taken from my account. After not receiving any despatch or delivery confirmation, I emailed the company twice, who failed to reply. My first impressions was that I had been ripped off. Come the following Tuesday I received a cancellation and refund notification for the order, saying they had no stock. Really not a good way to run a business, I doubt I will use this company again.

Would have given a no star review if possible, absolute disgraceful company and service. Placed an order beginning of December 2023, now 2 months in (Feb 2024) have still not received the medication, or a full refund as I have requested ( on 6 occasions ). They have now taken to completely ignoring my emails, steer well clear of this company, take your money and dont deliver the goods 😡

Received my items today, very pleased. From ordering to delivery was hassle free, delivery was quicker than stated. Would definately use this company again, great items at a great price 😊

I have bought quite a few home accessories from Dunelm online during lockdown, and have been very pleased. Trouble free shopping experience, with confirmation emails sent and tracking emails of products from Hermes delivery right up to the point of delivery, which arrived exactly on the day and time stated. Very happy customer 😊

I purchased two pairs of curtains to the value of £103.97 including postage on 11th January 2021. I never received the curtains, nor an email to say they were no longer available, despite my barclaycard already being debited for this amount. I received a refund for one pair of curtains plus postage, but am still waiting on £49.99. I've rang numerous times, but have still not received my refund. Received an email from very on the 22nd January saying there was a technical problem with issuing refunds, and I could expect to receive my refund within the next 10 days, suprise still no refund. This is diabolical customer service, and it seems that not issuing refunds to customers is a regular occurrence with this company. I will be contacting Trading Standards and the consumer ombudsman with regards to the conduct of this company. I have been a loyal very account holder for years, but not for much longer. 😡

Im very happy with the Yodel delivery service. Easy to track and trace your parcel using their online website, and trace delivery time, which I may add is accurate, so you can still go about your day. Parcels left in a courteous manner as you request, cant fault them. 😊

I have ordered a few home accessories from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with the quality of the items. Trouble free ordering, and email sent when items have been shipped. Will continue to use Wayfair, great company.
