I ordered from pro shrimp for the first time having had a recommendation via aquarium group. Considering I spent nearly £100 I did expect good things…
When my order arrived, a lot of the plants had ‘melt’ and others were browning at the ends… the worst plants had completely rotted and were unsalvageable. On the plants with melt I cut the affected leaves off and planted the roots anyway and those ended up rotting. Considering I have a co2 system and would describe myself as an expert level aquarist, I am severely disappointed with the quality of these plants. I contacted the store on the day of delivery and have heard absolutely nothing. If I continue to not hear by the end of the week, I will be lodging a complaint via my bank card company. I will absolutely not let this slide. One thing I do know however is this is the first and last time I will ever use pro shrimp. I would urge others not to use this company either.
