Ordered parts several months ago which…

Ordered parts several months ago which where delivered, no mention of them being based in Poland until you get a customs bill several days after the order.

Parts have been returned as they were incorrectly ordered and now after around 3 months they have arrived back in my desk as they haven’t accepted delivery of the return. We are just after a refund for the purchase as agreed by email before returning them at my expense

Edit: the customer service on this one is awful, the cost of the goods is sub £140 and have been sent to Poland and back for the return with a label saying you don’t claim the package on it, not sure how you can say it’s not been returned.

The cost of the goods to yourself is probably negligible but you won’t move on your set in stone “returns process” even if I have proven they were returned.

One assumes you had some sort of notification of the package as it’s clearly had an attempted delivery and been kept at the Post Office Depot for a period before returning it to the UK. Good customer service would by now have sorted a refund and written off/paid for the postage to return for a second time? As a Bodyshop/restoration business we may have used you again if th in bags had been sorted rather than digging in your heels.

We would like to clarify that all details were clearly explained to you via email. Your return package was never delivered to us, and we have not refused any delivery. There was no mistake made on our part at any stage of this process.

As previously communicated, a refund can only be processed once the returned goods have been received. Unfortunately, this has not happened.

While we respect every opinion, we kindly ask that reviews reflect the actual facts rather than emotions. A negative review will not change the reality of the situation, nor our refund policy.
