Ordered parts several months ago which where delivered, no mention of them being based in Poland until you get a customs bill several days after the order.

Parts have been returned as they were incorrectly ordered and now after around 3 months they have arrived back in my desk as they haven’t accepted delivery of the return. We are just after a refund for the purchase as agreed by email before returning them at my expense

Edit: the customer service on this one is awful, the cost of the goods is sub £140 and have been sent to Poland and back for the return with a label saying you don’t claim the package on it, not sure how you can say it’s not been returned.

The cost of the goods to yourself is probably negligible but you won’t move on your set in stone “returns process” even if I have proven they were returned.

One assumes you had some sort of notification of the package as it’s clearly had an attempted delivery and been kept at the Post Office Depot for a period before returning it to the UK. Good customer service would by now have sorted a refund and written off/paid for the postage to return for a second time? As a Bodyshop/restoration business we may have used you again if th in bags had been sorted rather than digging in your heels.

Would give zero if I could, didn’t show up when the tracker said they would but delivered the following day after telling me it was already delivered the day before

Have just issued court proceedings for outstanding credit for surface water chrages that we should not have paid, over 5 months and they have been unable to do some simple maths and work out the credit and arrange the payment. As you’ve replied Stephen I thank you for that but it’s simply too late, I’ve made around 30 plus calls over the last 5 months to sort this to keep being v told it’s being looked at. I gave a 2 week deadline which expired on Friday to sort it before going legal. I have no other choice I’m afraid

Vehicle repairer here, works completed over a month ago and now struggling to talk to accounts to chase payment. They state on their own Authority letters that payment is 14 days from receipt of invoice yet it never is. 3rd and last job I will do for anyone that has these as their insurer as I had to start legal proceedings last time to get paid. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Item delivered damaged, photos from supplier on Ebay show item in good condition its now unusable.
