We had Youfibre installed 3 weeks ago…

We had Youfibre installed 3 weeks ago and despite a couple of teething problems with installation issues all now seems to have been resolved. Youfibre booked our installation and arrived very promptly to complete the installation as promised. The two engineers that arrived to complete the installation were sub contractors. They were a little rushed and didn't spend much time explaining or checking anything before they left. Two days later we experienced a complete loss of broadband. I used the online chat facility and once we established the issue and engineer was booked for 36 hours later to attend and resolve ( only this long due to it being the weekend). The engineer that arrived this time was a Youfibre employee, he was very efficient and helpful and established the fibre cable had been damaged on installation and he promptly replaced and checked it was all working correctly.
All good until around a week later when we started to experience, drop out and very poor reception upstairs in the property.
Again I used the webchat and eventually managed to book a further engineer visit to completely check the entire set up. Matt S arrived today another youfibre employed engineer and was fantastic. He checked everything out really thoroughly and found a couple of issues causing the poor wifi signal in our property. Matt S was very professional and definitely a credit to the company he's employed by.
Hopefully all the small teething problems have now been resolved and we can look forward to a good wifi signal and service from Youfibre. I've still given them 5 stars because the response and service to resolve the initial issues was excellent.
