We attended the Beaconsfield branch where we met Harriet who was very personable and went through the options of buying a used or a new car. We went for a new CLE coupe, this wasn’t straight forward as a lot of checks ie financial/ ID etc we had to go through but Harriet kept us updated throughout resulting in us collecting our brand new car yesterday which we love. It was made clear to us that if we had any issues or didn’t know how to work the apps we simply had to contact them. All in all a good experience.
