I had to transfer funds back to my linked account, this was the first time I’d done this so spoke with their customer services who explained how to do it. I’ve since done this a couple of times and the funds are transferred immediately.. very easy to do and convenient.

Had an issue with the customer portal as it didn’t show the policy I had recently purchased. After live chat with one of their staff they sorted the problem… nice and easy.

We attended the Beaconsfield branch where we met Harriet who was very personable and went through the options of buying a used or a new car. We went for a new CLE coupe, this wasn’t straight forward as a lot of checks ie financial/ ID etc we had to go through but Harriet kept us updated throughout resulting in us collecting our brand new car yesterday which we love. It was made clear to us that if we had any issues or didn’t know how to work the apps we simply had to contact them. All in all a good experience.

Found this company via Trivargo and got a really good price for a hotel in Mojacar. No hassle booking into the hotel so all good and would recommend them.

Our pump was initially diagnosed as being faulty buy another heating engineer. Our 24/7 engineer couldn’t find fault with it but whilst he was in attendance he took the opportunity to carry out a service of the system.

Competitive price, met at the airport polite driver. Return journey easy collection where we were originally dropped off. Both journeys made in a clean quality car, would use company again in future.

The service is excellent and there is no hassle with returns.

Alicia was kept me updated throughout the process and now I have an amazing car.
