Parcel center employees stealing goods
I’ve ordered a mattress on the 4th of December and it was handed over to GLS on the 9th, last status showing it was manually sorted at their parcel center in Dublin. A week later the parcel is yet to be scanned.
I reached out to the retailer and GLS.
Retailer still waiting on an answer. GLS got back to me asking for an invoice plus a parcel description.
How I’m supposed to know how they packed the mattress is beyond me.
At this point I’m convinced the folks that work in the parcel center have their pick of parcels and each of them take home whatever they want, after all, why buy your own things, right?
We recently moved houses, so now we’re forced to sleep on an inflatable mattress for a month, only to fly out and return in February. I guess I’ll sleep like a human being then.
Avoid at all costs.
I thought AnPost was bad but clearly GLS thought they could do worse.
