Tried buying a GLE Coupe 68 plate today…

Tried buying a GLE Coupe 68 plate today from this place today. I placed a deposit 2 days ago and went to visit them today. I told them over the phone that the car had two previous impacts from the rear and they said they knew nothing about it. Once attended I realised the rear bumper was sprayed and it was bubling up. The front near lamp was also aiming high and which was an advisory on the previous MOT meaning the car had previous accidents ( at least 3 times).

Anyway knowing all these I still went to see the car and asked for a diagnostic report of the car as the car seemed to have previous problems. The sales guy called ROHIL was very unprofessional and his response was not happening no chance in a very unprofessional manner.

Overall this place is no where near a dealer, I have been buying Mercedes for over 15 years and the customer service has never been as bad as this place. I will never return as a customer nor recommend their services. Report is attached to this review.

Thank you for your feedback, we do pride ourselves in great customer service and pleased our scores over several measures say this, however on this occasion we appear to have fallen short of your expectations. I do apologies for this, and will conduct a full investigation internally to ascertain how we can learn and be better from this example.
The car enquired about is some 7 years old and would therefore not be uncommon for some repair work to have been undertaken, we would not be privy to the full extent of these details unless were of a more severe case, one should not be assumptive of such history. Furthermore, we do not allow 3rd party devices to be used on our cars, only trained technicians and original MB equipment are used to check all vehicles.
