Absolutely appalling experience dealing…

Absolutely appalling experience dealing with a factory recall. The authorised dealership can’t book my vehicle in for two months, leaving me without a car for an issue that is not my fault.
I raised a case on 22nd December and received no update. After multiple failed attempts, I finally reached customer service via live chat on 2nd January, where I clearly explained I’m at work during the day and need updates by email. Despite this, I received a phone call during working hours that I couldn’t answer.
When I tried live chat again later that day, I was ignored for over 20 minutes until the service closed at 6pm. Overall communication has been non-existent and support has been extremely poor. GVANTSA was particularly unhelpful.
This is a manufacturer recall and yet I’m left without a car and no clear resolution. Completely unacceptable customer service.
