Still no delivery of Parcel and no replies despite repeated emails
I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but cannot get a response from Posterbase.
My order (3 framed posters) was shipped in two parcels. One parcel arrived, but the other parcel has been stuck with DHL for weeks. DHL have confirmed with me that only the sender can request an investigation or release the shipment.
I’ve emailed Posterbase repeatedly — including detailed tracking information they initally sent me — but I have not received a single reply.
The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, especially as these items were needed for a deadline.
I would much prefer to resolve this directly and remove this review, but at this point I feel I’ve been left with no option.
Posterbase: please contact DHL immediately and resolve this. I’m happy to update this review once the matter is sorted, but I need someone to respond.
