I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but cannot get a response from Posterbase.

My order (3 framed posters) was shipped in two parcels. One parcel arrived, but the other parcel has been stuck with DHL for weeks. DHL have confirmed with me that only the sender can request an investigation or release the shipment.

I’ve emailed Posterbase repeatedly — including detailed tracking information they initally sent me — but I have not received a single reply.

The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, especially as these items were needed for a deadline.

I would much prefer to resolve this directly and remove this review, but at this point I feel I’ve been left with no option.

Posterbase: please contact DHL immediately and resolve this. I’m happy to update this review once the matter is sorted, but I need someone to respond.

Shocking. The worst customer service experience of my life. Rude and uphelpful.

I recently completed a large home project with Munster Joinery, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We installed a new front door, a side and back door, two sliding glass doors, sash windows, and several standard windows — and everything turned out absolutely exceptional.

From start to finish, the communication was seamless. My representative, Niall Kenny, deserves special recognition. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. No question went unanswered, and no detail was overlooked. He guided the project with complete confidence and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and well-managed.

The quality of the products is exactly what Munster Joinery is known for — solid, beautifully finished, and clearly built to last. The installation was smooth and efficient, and every element fits and functions perfectly. The sliding doors glide effortlessly, the sash windows are stunning, and the new front door has completely transformed the look of the house.

In a world where great service can be hard to find, Munster Joinery and Niall Kenny truly stand out. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them for any project, big or small. Exceptional from beginning to end.
