Overcharge fixed quickly

After realising I'd been overcharged for a few years i spoke with several members of staff and finally a case handler called Emma who worked to reimburse me for the error and rearrange the new payments to reflect the difference.

I must say i was very impressed with her efforts at handling the situation.
