Overcharge fixed quickly

After realising I'd been overcharged for a few years i spoke with several members of staff and finally a case handler called Emma who worked to reimburse me for the error and rearrange the new payments to reflect the difference.

I must say i was very impressed with her efforts at handling the situation.

Just another landfill company

Unfortunately i used to rate a lot of the products, you expected the odd thing not to work but you were able to send back for free so no real issue.

However i have realised that any product over 6 months since order you can no longer review, leaving the opportunity for fake reviews, AI and like i have found recently just a place to create excessive landfill. its one thing creating these products and people knowing what they are buying, its another to create fake experiences and completely eradicate real reviews by deleting any evidence of past purchases. This deleting of evidence is happening far too often in the world and normally the larger the company the more this happens, sadly shein are now in that box. Unreliable and no way to contact them to discuss this either.

Good product - steep price

I've been using Ossa for nearly a year now and have found it to be super helpful in gut health - prior to using (and after a few months of using) I found that my reflux lessened immensely. I can't really say if its helped with skin because im probably past the point if it having any effect there. I originally started using it for my RA but i also started a few other things at the same time so not sure its helped, maybe.

Only thing is the price it is very steep for me personally.

Reputable company until Halfords got involved

Use to use tyres on the drive and never had a problem always a timely reputable company. Halfords have taken over and I had my reservations as have had bad experiences with Halfords in general.

Today, after being made to wait in for 12 hours they say, with 30 mins to go they aren't turning up and I have to be the one to rearrange the booking. The technician made no contact I had to call in several times to find out if it was even going to happen and was told it would. Which it didn't. Also noticed at one point (now granted not sure of the reason) but the technician stopped for at least 4 hours on one job and nearly 3 on another. This is according to their online system. Not happy!

Appalling from the day i moved in

Appalling from the day i moved in. I have had 3 good experiences with staff members (out of thousands - not even an exaggeration) a flooring guy, a plumber and the boiler guy who did the job well, in time and properly. Everyone and everything else to do with this company just causes tenants an enormous amount of stress, unless you work for them like my neighbour - they bend over backwards for that person.

They create weeks and days in the year to unlawfully increase you rent after setting it themselves in April, the workmen don't really want to work, they all complain about each others work and say how rubbish it is and then follow suit. They sit in the vans watching their ipads (confirmed by a manager who had proof this happened) but they just don't care. Everything is too difficult for them.

Update 10/25: I have been attempting to book many jobs since january and have always said (4 yrs) i am not available on a wednesday - i have reiterated this message over and over because they continue to only book jobs on a wednesday. Im now wondering if they only work wednesdays?

Post office card double charging on ATMs

Currently in Ronda in Spain and I have had to take out 2 amounts separately because the ATMs wouldn't allow it in one go, then they charge your 5 euros (that's the minimum) and just looking on the app, post office have then charged a further 2 euros on each transaction. I specifically researched this before coming away and all the information said this wouldn't happen if taken out in local currency, and it was. It would have been cheaper to use my own bank card as the charges would have been less. I shall not bother using the card after this trip, only reason I'm continuing is because I put the money on the card and so have to use it up or be charged again to transfer back to my account. Lots of hidden charges on these cards. Local ATMs I expect that but not to be doubly charged by PO as well

A little fiddly but guidelines on how…

A little fiddly but guidelines on how to use the process provided a good deal to be had, my only qualm is the fact deals are only for a family of 4 - it would have been more expensive for me to book for our little family of 2 than 4 but i was still able to get a deal pretending to be a family of 4 so pleased for that.

New to Fuse but so far so good

I've only just signed up with Fuse but so far I have found the staff to be very supportive, I spoke with Tam when the system itself had a few glitches that needed rectifying and Tam dealt with them quickly and efficiently. If the staff are as supportive throughout and the fees remain reasonable this could be a good company to be with. I will update accordingly.

Men that don't like to work, a company that doesn't like to take action

They changed their system recently and myself and other tenants have noticed your can no longer report repairs, they do not show on the system at all, they are not logged anywhere. If lucky and apply for repair through the general enquiries you may get a text saying that in 6 months they might turn up to do the job. Often that day comes and it gets postponed, when that happens they do not return or rebook. Most workmen that do eventually turn up, after many tenant phone calls trying to get the job done, only do part of the job (a very small part) saying they will return and rebook the rest of the job. 100% of the time this rebooking and revisit does not happen, ever. I've heard workmen chatting to each other making comments like 'ill string that job out so I can knock off early' 'if I go to that job I'll have to work a full day, nah I'll get them to rebook it' , I've seen them sit outside my house for 30/40 mins before knocking and then the same when they've 'looked' at the job. 4/5/6 men coming to 'look' at a job and not have the tools to actually 'do'. Maintenance manager trying to 'groom' me and when reported with evidence, nothing happens. I could go on ...very unprofessional company and considering they work with people considered to be vulnerable, I'd say they take advantage of that.

Edit: in response to their reply. Many years of trying to communicate with you have resulted in very little. This automated response for the sake of public perception is just about saving face.

Tried to give another company a chance, back to amazon it is

FYI i wouldn't buy from this company

I don't rate the product or the company.

The product didn't arrive with the full accessories it took them weeks to respond to emails every time i provided them with information they asked for they would find something else they needed. In the end they closed the case without any resolution. I bought the accessories myself and wouldn't mind if i had known they didn't come with the product but even with proof of my order showing the accessories i paid for they still weren't happy with that.

Basically once they've sold it to you from there they aren't interested.

And honestly anyone can pop up a bunch of positive reviews on their site now, so i suspect they are fake too.

I should have ordered through Amazon but though i'd give another company a chance. Hey ho i know now

Not impressed this time as after they…

Not impressed this time as after they filled the tank the watchman plug no longer reading (other than what they say) ...when asked they said to reach into the tank myself and deal with it, but I'm I able because of the height of the tank (also don't know what I'm looking for but deffo can't reach in any case. Told them this and no response so am left not knowing what I paid for.

UPDATE: I fixed the plug a few days later, but notice that I received less oil this month than the last time i ordered, despite ordering more litres than last time?
