Instant payment no chance to cancel

I tried prep kitchen last week for the first time.
After the initial set up and the 40 percent off the first order I canceled the subscription (to ensure I enjoyed the food and wasn't tied into something)

Fast forward a week, I've just restarted my subscription pre kitchen immediately took my money on re subscription and the delivery dates didn't work but now I've been charged regardless!! I added extras on also thinking I would get my second box discount of 20 percent, but that was no where to be seen.
Tried to chat or send a message ended up with an AI bot going round in circles.

The food was excellent the service and how it took my money straightaway not good at all, sadly I won't be returning!

This definitely isn’t the standard we aim to provide. When restarting your subscription, the 20% discount should have been applied automatically, so it looks like there was an error on our side. We also understand how frustrating it must have been for the payment to be taken immediately before you had a chance to adjust your delivery.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the food, but we completely appreciate that the service you received didn’t match that experience.
