I tried prep kitchen last week for the first time.
After the initial set up and the 40 percent off the first order I canceled the subscription (to ensure I enjoyed the food and wasn't tied into something)

Fast forward a week, I've just restarted my subscription pre kitchen immediately took my money on re subscription and the delivery dates didn't work but now I've been charged regardless!! I added extras on also thinking I would get my second box discount of 20 percent, but that was no where to be seen.
Tried to chat or send a message ended up with an AI bot going round in circles.

The food was excellent the service and how it took my money straightaway not good at all, sadly I won't be returning!

I mean don't do it..... I bought the wrap crimpet and can honestly say it's the best thing ever, I've had a wrap every dinner time since I've had it 😜

I couldn't rate Burnley we buy any car more than the 5 stars sadly..... Easy to use, got a great price for my car no hassle involved.

Dealt with Mike initially and then Harry also whilst doing the deal, nicest guys, very welcoming.

Definitely recommend for a quick, friendly easy sale!

My telstar came today and the bottle box had a different colour marked on the box, I sent an email and a Facebook messenger message, got a response nearly straight away to confirm the colour of the bottle was infact correct.

Fast response (even though I looked like a numpty) highly recommend and my lamp is flipping awesome!

Don't hesitate to purchase this bed sooo comfortable and supports where needed.
Ok so there was a problem with the delivery due to it being damaged in transit.... I contacted Otty and we made arrangements for me to be able to collect the mattress and pillows the day it was meant to be delivered as I was in the area - the customer service was second to none even stating I shouldn't have to pick it up (it was my birthday and I wanted it that day - I offered to collect it so I did) - I really wouldn't recommend taking it upstairs and putting it on the bed yourself.... It's HEAVY but I'm stubborn and won't ask/wait for help!!
Otty use a local firm that pack and dispatch the mattresses called enabled works - they employ disadvantaged and disabled people from the area - Otty keeping it local :)
The fact they sell dog beds is a plus point - anyone who doesn't like dogs are strange!!
Why would you purchase anywhere else? Support the little guys they have worked harder and deserve it!!!
Oh and the free pillows..... HEAVEN under my head :) thanks Otty great product and great company Ethos.
